1. 目的Purpose

为了使我司手机产品品质能满足客户要求，为检验提供依据，特制定本标准。

In order to make our product quality to meet our customer requirement and offer a standard for inspection so we created this document .

2. 范围Scope

SZCEIT所有手机产品

For all SZCEIT cell phone

3. 职责Responsibility

QC-----负责按此标准执行检验及判定，将结果知会相关人员

QC is responsible for inspection product and result , send the information to other relative people.

OS-----负责提供验货样品及相关必要的信息，通知QC验货

OS is responsible for supplying a sample and necessary information . Inform QC inspection.

CM----负责最终出货的判定

CM is responsible for the final judgment on shipping

4. 术语定议(Define)

4.1 缺陷定义

4.2 等级面定义(Classification)

I 级面: 最终用户在正常使用过程中经常看到的面,如正面

Class I:

Final customer will see the side obviously when use it, such as the right side

II 级面: 最终用户在正常使用过程中偶尔看到的面,如侧面、背面

Class II:

Final customer will see the side occasionally when use it, such as the side face or the back.

III 级面(Class III): 最终用户在正常使用过程中看不到的面,如产品内部

Class I:

Final customer won’t see the side when use it, such as inside

5. 检验条件(Inspection Conditions)

光照:60W冷白荧光灯，距工作台1M 或同等光照强度条件

Illumination：60W

fluorescent lamp ,the distance from worktable is 1M or equal condition

检验员与产品距离(Distance between inspector and product ): 20mm-30mm

观测角度: 视线与被检测产品表面成45°~90°角

Inspection angle: 45°~90°the way refer to the right picture;

观测时间(Observation Time): 3-5seconds

7-1一般要求 General requirement

任何尖锐的点或锋利的边缘都视为严重不良,起泡以及任何暴露底材之外观缺陷均视为重要不良,任何直径小于0.05mm的缺陷视为看不见.

Any sharp point or side is critical defect, blister and any cosmetic defects that exposed the substrate are major, any defects of which ,the diameter is less than

0.05mm is invisible

聚集在一起的短而密的刮痕可视为磨损而有可能被判为可接受

It may be accepted as abrasion if the scratches are short and dense

任何一个面出现三类及以上轻微不良则判定产品为重要不良

Three or more different defects on the same side will be treated as major defects

任何影响装配及功能的外观缺陷均视为重要不良

Any defects which will lead to assemble or function defective are major defects

所有附件外观均按II级面管控

The appearance of any accessories will be treated as classII
