摘 要
原油刚开采出来的时候并不纯,而是带一些水分的,需要在加工过程中
进行油与水的分离。因为水与油的密度不同,在重力的作用下,原油储罐中
的水会与油分开,水在下,油在上,这样就产生了油与水的分界面,再通过
把水层和油层分别引出的方法,就能实现油与水分离的目的。为了更好的把
控整个油水分离过程,就必须对整个过程进行精密、准确的实时测量,掌握
最精准的数据。国外虽然有一些精密的设备能够更好的实现这一目的,但是
其高昂的价格却让人不得不低头,在国内,现今使用的还是比较原始的方法,
目前已经有很多专家学者提出把传统的电容传感器改为一种新式的分段式
电容传感器来提高精确值。
本文向大家介绍整个油水分离系统的结构组成,以及目前国内在此系统
中一些硬件、软件方面的设计,并详细论述小电容的精确检测方法及信号检
测、处理电路的设计,分析一些目前国内专家学者所做实验的实验数据,探
讨分段电容传感器在今后我国原油的油水分离中的前进意义。
