摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate not generating the bending

or irregularity of ink droplets at a time of the injection of ink by eliminating the burr

generated by the perforation processing of the nozzles piercing a substrate and a water

replelling film in the production of the nozzle plate injecting ink droplets and capable of

obtaining high printing quality. SOLUTION: A water repelling film 3 is formed to a

substrate 2 from a water repelling material having thermoplasticity and a nozzle 4 is

formed to the substrate 2 and the water repelling film 3 by perforation processing and,

thereafter, the water repelling film 3 is turned to the underside in the gravity direction of

the substrate 2 to be heat-treated at a temp. higher than the softening temp. of the

water repelling film by a predetermined temp. for a predetermined time to eliminate the

burr composed of the water repelling film around the jet orifice of the nozzle 4 formed

after perforation processing.
