近期处理了部分IR2200的E602故障，大部分是E602-003，用HDFOMART
（VER0012）时看不见硬盘分区，DDOWNLOAD全部文件（hdformat，system，rui，
message）后，部分硬盘故障依旧，个别硬盘用维修方式中的HD-CHECK功能处理，
即可恢复正常，还有的硬盘先HDFORMAT，然后下载system，message即可。昨
天，新安装一台IRC3200N，开机就是E602-2O2，HDFORMAT时，一个分区都没有，
下载system，message后，机器恢复正常。佳能工厂怎么能让这样的机器出厂呢？
杭州也发现新机安装就出现E602-0003,HD FORMAT后无效，重新安装系统也
无效。最后1＋9开机两个小时后正常，机身号：SSE02712 保修卡号为CC0453104
广州一经销商的IR2200出现E602，原因是硬盘故障，将硬盘重新低格再试机，
故障依旧。昨日，林工再做低格，并用SST升级系统后恢复正常。
注：使用SST时，format选2200，系统升级选2200N。
上周在成都培训IR5000时，用一个10G的电脑硬盘进行低格后，按2，8开机，
从SST运行HD FORMAT，选择画面只有/BOOTDEV，点击OK后立即显示格式化完成。
然后安装系统，一切都正常。但是开机后显示E602-0004。
从维修方式FUNCTION>SYSTEM>DOWNLOAD进入下载方式，重新运行SST，HD FORMAT，
这次显示
/PDLDEV
/FSTDEV
/DOSDEV
分3次对上述3个选项执行HD FORMAT，然后再次开机，E602代码消除，机器正常
工作！
我有印象接到过经销商的电话，反映碰到类似情况——即低格硬盘后下载系统时
正常，但开机后显示E602。当时没有多想，只建议重新低格硬盘或者换一个新的
硬盘。现在看来是HD FORMAT的步骤问题。
说明：IR的硬盘分为4个区，即
/BOOTDEV 装载系统文件
/PDLDEV 打印文件的缓存
/FSTDEV MAILBOX下的图像文件
/DOSDEV ？
有些模糊，不太肯定，请其他同事跟进。

iR3300 error E602-003
出現這個 error 是因為當硬盤(hard disk)正在轉動時把電源斷了。
一般在硬盤轉動時用戶都不會把源關掉，但 iR 在不工作時硬盤仍會轉動。
以下4 種情況 iR 的硬盤仍在轉動∶
1. 完成打印工作後的1分鐘內會轉動 150ms
2. 當接受 NetSpot 查詢 job history 時會轉動 19ms
3. 當接受 RUI 查詢時
4. 当机器显示进度条（启动中尚未进入待机状态）时
Generally, with a HDD-equipped machine, a HDD failure might occur if the
main switch is turned OFF during a write operation into HDD.
However, this model performs a write operation into HDD even when it is
not in job processing. If the main switch is turned OFF during that period,
a HDD failure (sector write abort, E602-0003) will occur.
This report is to explain in what timing the machine performs a write
operation into HDD although it looks like inoperative, and remedial
measures in case of E602-0003.
[Write Operation into HDD]
I) 150ms within 1 minute after a print job is completed:
This model performs an internal processing for 150ms within 1 minute after
a print job (copy, Fax, printer) is completed. The internal processing
means that the controller accesses the control table of image data
inside the HDD.)
It is not determined in what timing the above process is performed.
E602-0003 might occur in the subsequent power-ON.
II) 19ms while the machine is asked for job history via NetSpot:
When a job history is inquired via NetSpot from a PC, the machine performs
a write operation into HDD for approximately 19ms. E602-0003 might
occur in the subsequent power-ON.
III) During RUI operation:
The machine performs a write operation into HDD during RUI operation.
E602-0003 might occur in the subsequent power-ON.
