helpenablecustomerstodesignandcreatetheirownend-productsolutionsthatmeetapplicablefunctionalsafetystandardsand

eless,suchcomponentsaresubjecttotheseterms.

NoTIcomponentsareauthorizedforuseinFDAClassIII(orsimilarlife-criticalmedicalequipment)unlessauthorizedofficersoftheparties

haveexecutedanagreementspecificallygoverningsuchuse.

OnlythoseTIcomponentsthatTIhasspecificallydesignatedasmilitarygradeor“enhancedplastic”aredesignedandintendedforusein

military/cknowledgesandagreesthatanymilitaryoraerospaceuseofTIcomponentsthat

havenotbeensodesignatedissolelyatBuyer'srisk,andBuyerissolelyresponsibleforcompliancewithalllegalandregulatory

requirementsinconnectionwithsuchuse.

TIhasspecificallydesignatedcertaincomponentsasmeetingISO/TS16949requirements,aseofuseof

non-designatedproducts,TIwillnotberesponsibleforanyfailuretomeetISO/TS16949.
