森海塞尔专业音频产品保修条款:

Sennheiser Professional Audio Product Warranty Terms

原装森海塞尔(Sennheiser)专业音频产品享有24个月的有限保修服务,有限保修服务只适用于目

前属于森海塞尔(Sennheiser)销售计划内的专业音频产品。

Original Sennheiser products are entitled to 24-month limited warranty service which is only

applicable to products covered by the marketing plan of Sennheiser.

保修期从购买当日(以发票开具时间为准)开始,产品必须是全新及在购买前未被使用的。用户需要

保留产品保修卡和销售发票或购买协议作为保修凭证,销售发票或购买协议必须注明产品名称及型号。

For the purpose of the warranty period, the product must be brand-new and unused prior to

the date of purchase. Users are required to retain the product Warranty Card and their sales

invoices or purchase contract as voucher of warranty service. On the sales invoice or purchase

contract, product name and model shall be indicated.

在保修期内,经过森海塞尔(Sennheiser)检测,确定产品存在因物料瑕疵或工艺问题而导致的缺陷

或故障,森海塞尔(Sennheiser)将免费为用户进行维修或更换产品或更换有缺陷的部件,而不会向

用户收取任何维修或零件费用。所有被替换的产品或部件将属于森海塞尔(Sennheiser)。

Within the warranty period, if product defect or failure is verified by to be attributable to

material defection or technological problem, then Sennheiser will repair the defective product

or replace the defective part of the product without charge, rather than charge any costs of

repair or replacement against the user. All replaced products or parts shall belong to

Sennheiser.

本保修服务不涵盖以下范围:

The warranty service doesn’t cover the following items:

• 非产品质量或性能的故障;

• Faults non-attributable to product quality or performance;

• 产品附送的配件;

• Any accessory attached to a product;

• 充电电池或一次性电池(这些产品的使用寿命取决于用户使用的频繁程度);

• Faults resulted from poor use of a product without following its operation specification

(e.g. faulty operation, mechanical damage, or application with incorrect voltage);

• 因老化损耗而导致的故障;

• Faults as result of aging and deterioration;

• 未经森海塞尔(Sennheiser)事先书面同意,产品经用户或第三方改动;

• Modifications to a product by its user or a third party without prior written consent of

Sennheiser;

• 基于不可抗力而导致的故障;

• Faults as a result of force majeure;

• 用户在购买时已知悉的故障;

• Faults known by a user prior to purchase;

如果产品被未经授权人士或维修商改动,所有保修承诺即告无效。此外,如果产品或其部件上的识别

标签、序号或安全标签被移除或改动,此保修承诺亦告无效。除非某国家的法定权利与本公司的保修

条款有抵触,否则本保修服务可于任何国家执行。除上述条款外,任何其他保修或超出本条款所定的

权利均不会获得接纳。

If a product is modified by unauthorized persons or service providers, all commitments thereto

covered by the warranty shall become void and null promptly. In addition, once the

identification, serial number or safety label on a product or its parts is removed or altered, the

commitment to warranty shall become void and null promptly. Unless legal rights granted by

laws stand inconsistent with these warranty terms, otherwise these warranty terms shall apply

and be enforceable. In addition to the above terms, any other warranty or rights other than

those set out herein shall be excluded.

对于保修期外的服务,将根据维修情况收取一定的零件和维修费用。此外,森海塞尔(Sennheiser)

将会提供5年的零部件供应保证。

With respect to product services beyond warranty period, minimum fees will be charged due

to the maintenance conditions. Sennheiser will provide 5-year parts supply guarantee.
