高压无功补偿装置继电保护配置及整定技术规范

1 范围

本标准规定了高压静止无功补偿装置(以下简称“SVC”)与静止同步补偿装置(以下简称

“STATCOM”)继电保护配置及整定技术原则。

本标准适用于接入35kV及以上电压等级输电系统和配电系统的SVC与STATCOM,其他电压等级

可参照执行。

本标准中SVC以晶闸管控制电抗器型为例,STATCOM以链式为例,其他结构类型可参照执行。

每个高压无功补偿装置工程均有其特殊性,应针对具体工程条件和要求使用本标准,必要时应做相

应的补充。

2 规范性引用文件

下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。

3.1 术语和定义

GB/T 2900.1、GB/T 2900.17、GB/T 2900.49界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

静止无功补偿装置 static var compensator

由静止元件构成的并联可控无功功率补偿装置,通过改变其容性或(和)感性等效阻抗来调节输出,

以维持或控制电力系统的特定参数(典型参数是电压、无功功率)。

高压无功补偿装置继电保护配置及整定技术规范

1 范围

本标准规定了高压静止无功补偿装置(以下简称“SVC”)与静止同步补偿装置(以下简称

“STATCOM”)继电保护配置及整定技术原则。
