My Favorite Toys

Hi, my name is Tommy and I'm in 3rd grade. Today I want to

tell you all about my favorite toys! I have a lot of really fun toys

that I love playing with. Some of them are stuffed animals, some

are action figures, and some are games and puzzles. Let me tell

you about my top favorites.

First up is my teddy bear named Fuzzy. Fuzzy is a big, soft,

brown teddy bear that I've had since I was a baby. He's getting a

little worn out after all these years, but I still love him so much.

Fuzzy has been my best friend and sleep buddy for as long as I

can remember. Whenever I'm feeling sad or scared, I just give

him a big hug and he makes me feel better. I take him

everywhere with me!

Another stuffed animal I really like is my dog plushie named

Rover. Rover is soft and fluffy with floppy ears and a cute little

tail. He's supposed to be a golden retriever puppy. My aunt gave

Rover to me for my birthday last year. I like to pretend that Rover

is a real puppy and I have to feed him, walk him, and take care of

him. It's great practice for when my parents finally let me get a

real dog!

As well as stuffed animals, I'm also really into action figures,

especially superhero ones. My top two are Spider-Man and Iron

Man. I have tons of different Spider-Man figures - some that can

shoot webs, some with wiggle arms and legs, some in their

regular suit and some in other cool suits. I make up my own

stories and adventures for Spidey to go on as he fights villains

like Green Goblin and Venom. It's awesome!

Then there's Iron Man. I think Iron Man is the coolest

Avenger with his awesome high-tech suit of armor. I have a few

different Iron Man figures, but my favorite is the one that can fire

a repulsor beam from its hand. I make sound effects like "pew

pew pew!" as Iron Man blasts the bad guys. Sometimes I team up

Spider-Man and Iron Man and they take on the villains together.

Other action figures I have a lot of are Transformers, Ninja

Turtles, and Star Wars characters like Darth Vader and

stormtroopers. I spend hours setting up big battle scenes with all

my different action figures. My imagination can really run wild!

As well as stuffed animals and action figures, I'm also into

tons of other types of toys. I have lots of toy cars, trucks,
