If there is no special request from the customer, TRULY SEMICONDUCTORS LTD. will not
reserve the tooling of the product under the following conditions:
is no response from the customer in two years after TRULY SEMICONDUCTORS LTD.
submit the samples.
is no order in five years after the latest mass production.
And correlated data (including quality records) will be reserved for one year more after tooling is
discarded.
