现在市场上各种IC型号层出不穷,对于一些老手来说数万个型号信口拈来,连封装,年份可以说是倒背如流了,但是对于一些
新手来说就是件很苦闷的差事了。最近光耦炒的很热,价格也是翻了好几番,有的档位市场上根本就很难问到货。现在就东芝光耦型
号命名规律跟大家分享下。
我们以型号TLP176A为例来说明
1. TLP means photo coupler / photo sensor.
2. Package type, etc.
This section shows a product's package type, safety standard status, etc.
( Details are shown in the following table. )
Number Package, etc.
1 Mini flat type
2 Various types
3 DIP type
4 HOOP line products
5 DIP type
6 DIP type
7 DIP type, SDIP type
(8 to 12) (Photo interrupter)
30 to 99( note 2 ) Various types
3. Output style
This section expresses output style.
( It is an exception when there is "30" to section 2 )
00 - 09: IC coupler / Photorelay
10 - 19: IC coupler
20 - 29: 4 Pin
30 - 39: 6 Pin
40 - 49: Thyristor output
50 - 59: IC output
60 - 69: Triac output
70 - 79: Darlington Transistor output
80 - 89: Transistor output
90 - 99: MOSFET output / Photo voltaic output
4. Withstand voltage level, etc.
( It is an exception when there is a "30" to section 2 )
Details are as follows.
(a) Photo relay
A: 60V
B: 100V
D: 200V
G: 350 or 400V
(b) Photo triac, Photo coupler
G: 300 or 400V
J: 600V
L: 800V
Letters other than G and J : it shows that there were some changes
