1. 概述

1.1额定载荷的计算条件

载荷表中的额定载荷分为由强度决定的部分和由稳定性决定的部分。

由稳定性决定的额定载荷的计算,依据标准是ISO 4305:1991 《流动式起重机 稳定性的确定》,由

稳定性决定的额定载荷总是在倾翻载荷的75%以内。

1.2 正确使用载荷表

1)地面条件:额定载荷数值是按照起重机位于坚硬、水平、支撑均匀地面,坡度小于1%时计算的。

如果地面不符合上述要求,必须根据实际情况降低载荷值工作。

2)实际吊重能力计算:在计算实际吊重载荷数值时,必须从额定载荷中减去起重钩、吊具及缠绕在吊

钩到臂头上的钢丝绳等的重量。

3)在安装副臂或加长臂时,额定载荷包括主、副起重钩质量以及下表所列数值。起重机的实际起重量

是主臂额定载荷表中的值减去下表所列质量以及主钩和副钩和钢丝绳、吊具等折算到主臂头的等效质

量,但余值不足0.8t时不能工作。

4)风速:额定载荷数值是考虑不同工况的允许工作的风速计算得到的数值。SCC800C履带起重机在稳

定风速或阵风风速不超过16m/s时允许工作。即允许工作最大风速为9.8~16.0m/s(相当于60~160

N/m

2

的动压力);当风速大于16m/s而小于22m/s时,起重机不允许工作,但是可以在纯主臂状态时

保持臂架直立状态;当风速大于22m/s时,必须将臂架放至地面。

5)工作范围:载荷表上的数值在起重机做360°回转时均适用。

6)吊重行走载荷值:载荷表中的额定载荷是起重机非吊重行走时的值。如果吊重行走需要降低载荷

数值,不同工况吊重行走能力不同。低速平稳行走时,主臂工况可以带90%额定载荷直线行走,带

70%额定载荷行走转弯;固定副臂可带50%额定载荷直线行走。

吊重行走需特别注意:

a) 建议在尽量小的范围内移动重物,并使重物尽可能接近地面(最好离地距离不超过500mm);

b) 吊重行走尽量使用低速档,并采取适当的措施避免载荷摆动。

关于规范的行走操作的详细说明见本操作手册第二篇中“行走操作”一节

7)其他说明:

本载荷表环境使用温度为-20°C~40°C;

1.3 工作半径

工作半径是指从吊车的回转中心到自由悬挂的载荷钢丝绳或载荷滑轮组的中心的水平距离。

吊臂角度是指吊臂中心线与水平线之间的角度。

说明:由于有些臂架分轻型、重型,有些载荷表分主钩,副钩载荷表,导致以上的工况代码不能满足

各种工况的使用要求。为了保证对外资料的一致性,建议:

1、 各个工况代码不再增加;

2、 增加一些通用的下标: H表示重型,L表示轻型,S表示短臂, M表示主钩,A表示副钩;

3、 项目组根据自己的实际情况选择主要工况代码,用下标区分细节,比如:

固定副臂工况下的轻型短副臂可以表示为SFL, 固定副臂工况下主钩载荷可以表示为

1. 概述

1.1额定载荷的计算条件

载荷表中的额定载荷分为由强度决定的部分和由稳定性决定的部分。

由稳定性决定的额定载荷的计算,依据标准是ISO 4305:1991 《流动式起重机 稳定性的确定》,由

稳定性决定的额定载荷总是在倾翻载荷的75%以内。

1.2 正确使用载荷表

1)地面条件:额定载荷数值是按照起重机位于坚硬、水平、支撑均匀地面,坡度小于1%时计算的。

如果地面不符合上述要求,必须根据实际情况降低载荷值工作。

2)实际吊重能力计算:在计算实际吊重载荷数值时,必须从额定载荷中减去起重钩、吊具及缠绕在吊

钩到臂头上的钢丝绳等的重量。

3)在安装副臂或加长臂时,额定载荷包括主、副起重钩质量以及下表所列数值。起重机的实际起重量

是主臂额定载荷表中的值减去下表所列质量以及主钩和副钩和钢丝绳、吊具等折算到主臂头的等效质

量,但余值不足0.8t时不能工作。

4)风速:额定载荷数值是考虑不同工况的允许工作的风速计算得到的数值。SCC800C履带起重机在稳

定风速或阵风风速不超过16m/s时允许工作。即允许工作最大风速为9.8~16.0m/s(相当于60~160

N/m

的动压力);当风速大于16m/s而小于22m/s时,起重机不允许工作,但是可以在纯主臂状态时

保持臂架直立状态;当风速大于22m/s时,必须将臂架放至地面。

6)吊重行走载荷值:载荷表中的额定载荷是起重机非吊重行走时的值。如果吊重行走需要降低载荷

数值,不同工况吊重行走能力不同。低速平稳行走时,主臂工况可以带90%额定载荷直线行走,带

70%额定载荷行走转弯;固定副臂可带50%额定载荷直线行走。

吊重行走需特别注意:

a) 建议在尽量小的范围内移动重物,并使重物尽可能接近地面(最好离地距离不超过500mm);

b) 吊重行走尽量使用低速档,并采取适当的措施避免载荷摆动。

关于规范的行走操作的详细说明见本操作手册第二篇中“行走操作”一节

7)其他说明:

本载荷表环境使用温度为-20°C~40°C;

1.3 工作半径

工作半径是指从吊车的回转中心到自由悬挂的载荷钢丝绳或载荷滑轮组的中心的水平距离。

吊臂角度是指吊臂中心线与水平线之间的角度。

说明:由于有些臂架分轻型、重型,有些载荷表分主钩,副钩载荷表,导致以上的工况代码不能满足

各种工况的使用要求。为了保证对外资料的一致性,建议:

1、 各个工况代码不再增加;

2、 增加一些通用的下标: H表示重型,L表示轻型,S表示短臂, M表示主钩,A表示副钩;
