If the PCB status sensed by the machine is different from the actual status, click on
this button to remove the board by force. Then, CP-60 MMI considers that no PCB is
in the corresponding Station. The status of PCB must be checked in the actual
machine in case the PCB is stuck in the middle.
13.2. Start [F2]
When the "PCB Download" operation has been completed, this button is activated while
the placement is not in progress, and it is inactivated while the placement is in progress.
This menu transmits the command to start the placement related to the downloaded PCB
data to the machine.
Pressing the Start switch without checking the presence
of worker nearby could cause injury.
Warning
Be sure to check if there is any worker near the machine
before pressing the Start switch.
13.3. Stop [F3]
When the “PCB Download” operation has been completed, this button is activated while
the placement is in progress, and it is inactivated while the placement is not in progress.
This menu transmits the command to stop the placement related to the downloaded PCB
data to the machine.
Inserting a part of body while the machine is in operation
or in temporary stop could result in severe injury.
Warning
Do not insert a part of body while the machine is in

13.4. Reset All Feeder [F5]
Reset all Feeders in an error state.
13.5. Feeder Recovery [F6]
Recover from vacuum, LSO, or Vision problems that may occur with feeders or
MatrixTray while running a PCB through the machine. When a Vacuum, LSO, or Vision
problem occur, Cp-60 MMI will move the head to the first feeder where an error has
occurred, and display an error message on the Message window. Depending upon the
Head Independence setting (Production/Option), the Message window will display at the
