ê Flag Information
Displays the number of zones available for the color of the rail zone flag,
the default innermost border, and the default innermost border.
ú Move to Innermost Border
Click this button to move the variable rail to the position selected in the
New Innermost Border field.
Teach Innermost Border
Uses the camera and teaching box to teach the position of the variable rail’s
board guide.
Calibrate Zones
Click this button to calculate and update the new rail zones.

Click this button to get the current calibration settings from the TEP
controller.

Used to verify and retrieve calibration information..
ú Send Cal to TEP
Click this button to send updated calibration information from the machine
to the TEP controller (when the TEP contains un-calibrated data).

Click this button to test and verify rail zone border calibrations. The variable
rail will open to 75mm for CP-60. Measure the distance to verify accurate
calibrations. If the rail measurement is inaccurate, recalibrate the conveyor

Click this button to update the information displayed on this dialog box.
§ Close
Closes this dialog box.
Adjusting the conveyor width without checking conveyor
obstruction or the existence of foreign substance could
damage the conveyor.
Be sure to check conveyor obstruction and the existence
of foreign substance before adjusting the conveyor
width.

16.3. TableTop Calibration [F4]
Use it to set the coordinates of the fiducial point for the configuration items on the
TableTop.

Teach and set the coordinates of the fiducial point for FeederBase1, FeederBase2,
NozzleChanger1, NozzleChanger2, MatrixTrayHolder1, Dump1, and Dump2 that were
set from Table Top Configuration.
Teach the fiducial point of each configuration item selected in the list box by using the
Down Camera and set the coordinates of the corresponding point in
corresponding point and click on the Enter button on the Teaching Box.

Used to select a Teaching Device, teach the fiducial point, and move the Teaching
Device to the point..

When teaching the fiducial point, use it if it is necessary to adjust lighting.

Used to use the default coordinates supplied by the System.
w
Used to automatically teach the XY and Z values.
During teaching, the operator or people near the
operator could be injured due to operation error or
insufficient checking of surroundings.
Before start teaching, check the device to teach one
more time, and check whether there is any worker near
the machine.
