8.7. Transfer Out

Before beginning Off-line Programming (OLP), Machine Configuration Files should be

transferred from each machine to the Off-line Programming Workstation.

?Memo

Before transferring files out, verify the accuracy of the vision calibration, PCB stop

positions, tape feeder base positions, and MatrixTray Holder position.

8.7.1. Machine Transfer Out

Perform the following steps on each machine;

1. From the menu, select the submenu, and then . The

CP-60 MMI will display the “Machine Transfer Out” dialog box.

2. If necessary, click the button to change the destination directory (defaults

to A:) or insert a floppy disk into the machine’s GUI PC floppy disk drive.

3. Click the button. Upon completion, the CP-60 MMI will display

“Complete” message on the status line of the “Machine Transfer Out“ dialog box.

4. To close this dialog box, click the button.

8.7.2. Transfer Board Programs Out

1. From the File menu, select the submenu, and then select .

The CP-60 MMI will display the “Transfer Board Programs Out“ dialog box.

2. If necessary, click the < Change Destination Directory…> button and the

Source Directory…> button to change the destination directory.

3. Select the PCB program to transfer, and then click the button. Upon

completion, the CP-60 MMI will display “Complete” message on the status line of the

“Transfer Board Program Out“ dialog box.

4. To close this dialog box, click the button.

8.7.3. Transfer Parts Out

1. From the File menu, select the submenu, and then select .

The CP-60 MMI will display the “Transfer Parts Out“ dialog box.

2. If necessary, click the < Change Destination Directory…> button to change the

destination directory.

3. To close this dialog box, click the button.
