高楼高空抛物监控应用方案
在高楼高空抛物监控方案中，我们专门设计了针对小区、
建筑工地、工厂等场景的高空（100米）抛物监控。该方案的
主要目的是监督人在高空抛洒杂物的不文明行为（高空抛物），
从而避免可能对地面车辆、人员、公共财物等造成的伤害。通
过本方案，可有效获取抛物者的楼层信息和高空抛物的事件整
体记录，一定程度上遏制此不文明行为的发生。
一、方案亮点
该方案的亮点主要包括以下几个方面：
1.记录抛投过程，事件有据可循。楼层全覆盖，有效记录
人员在高空进行抛洒杂物等不文明行为造成财物损坏、人员伤
亡等事故过程。便于事后回查整个抛投过程。
2.震慑抛投人员，减少发生事故。通过安装监控设备，一
定程度震慑抛投人员，减少不文明事件或重大事故的发生。
3.采用4K超高清星光摄像机，高层画质显示更加清晰，
细节更清楚。
二、方案构架
该方案通过海康威视800W星光摄像机来实现图像的高清
及远距离采集，通过交换机，将信号稳定传至后端录像机，实
现监控预览、存储、回查等其他功能。
三、方案实施
1.设备选型：根据楼层高度的整体划分，以普通住宅一层
2.8米来进行计算，假设住宅区高层33层，通常需要两个摄像
机上下组合监控。
2.安装注意事项：在住宅楼层高达100米时，需采用两个
摄像机上下组合正对住宅楼，中间楼层建议重叠监控。
