摘要：A dismantling device (100), comprising a base (10), a bearing mechanism (20), a
moving mechanism (30) and a pulling-out assembly (40), wherein the bearing mechanism
(20) is used for bearing a product to be dismantled; the moving mechanism (30) is
arranged on the base (10); the pulling-out assembly (40) comprises a connecting
mechanism (41), a drive mechanism (42), a catching member (43) and a sliding block (44);
the connecting mechanism (41) comprises an outer framework (410) and an inner
framework (434) sliding relative to the outer framework; the outer framework (410) is
connected to the moving mechanism (30); the moving mechanism (30) drives the outer
framework (410) to press against the product to be dismantled; an accommodating
space is formed on the inner framework (434); the drive mechanism (42) is connected to
the inner framework (434) of the connecting mechanism (41); the catching member (43) is
slidably arranged in the accommodating space; the sliding block (44) is connected to the
drive mechanism (42), and is in a sliding fit with the catching member (43); and the drive
mechanism (42) drives a clamping member to move around a part and the sliding block
(44), such that the catching member (43) clamps the part and drives the inner framework
(434) to move, and the part is then removed from the product. The dismantling device
can automatically dismantle the part without requiring manual work, is high in dismantling
efficiency, improves the dismantling yield, and saves on production costs.
