1.1产品介绍

U628移动闪存盘是一款具有指纹识别功能的移动存储产品。它小巧便携，能用

于个人生活；它安全可靠，可用于防范隐私泄露；它容量充足，可用于保存商业资

料。该产品拥有公开分区和安全分区的双分区配置，使得产品应用灵活多变，用户

既能共享资料，又能保护隐私。U628支持指纹准入管理技术，结合AES，SM4等数据

加密模式，实现了对安全分区数据存取的双重保护。此外，该产品不仅支持USB3.0

高速传输，还能够兼容Windows、MAC、UNIX和LINUX等多种操作系统，高效又

可靠。

U628拥有可视化指纹管理软件，有友好清晰的用户界面，支持指纹和密码双解

密方式，无需安装即可进行指纹录入、重命名、删除等功能。U628指纹验证反应灵

敏，省时省力。此外，该产品可设置多个指纹记录，能授权他人一起分享加密存储

空间。

3.管理软件

3.1执行程序

⑴将U628连接至PC USB接口，在我的电脑中打开“CD-ROM驱动器：U628Tool”文

件夹；

⑵可点击“Netac_fp_”，进行指纹管理；

注：可以将软件目录中的全部文件拷贝到

的其它文件夹中进行使用；

双击运行

⑶当U628内无管理员密码时，双击“Netac_fp_”,会弹出设置密码界面；按规则

输入两次新密码后，点击“确定”按钮（如下图），出现设置成功的提示框，再点击确定。

3.2指纹管理

3.2.1输入密码

⑴单击“指纹管理”按钮，进入输入管理员密码界面；

⑵在文本框内输入预设的管理员密码，单击确认；

3.2.2指纹管理

⑴单击“录入指纹”按钮，进入录入指纹界面；

⑵请将手指按在U628指纹采集区域,进行反复按下、松开手指操作，直到指纹图形下方

字体“取消”变为 “确定”，单击确定，返回到管理系统主界面；

⑶可重复操作以上两个步骤录入新的指纹，最多可录入三个不同的指纹。录入指纹成功

后，按先后顺序默认名称依次分别为Fingerprint0、Fingerprint1、Fingerprint2；

注：

、每次录入指纹时，需用同一个手指操作，否则为无效指纹，无法解锁。

、若弹窗提示“录入指纹失败”，说明录入过程中松动了

⑷指纹重命名：可双击指纹名称，出现白色输入框后录入新的名称，然后按“Enetr”确认，

完成指纹重命名操作；

⑸指纹数量满3个时，需点击已有指纹左侧按钮，删除后方可录入新指纹；

3.2.3比对指纹

⑴单击“比对指纹”按钮，指纹管理界面按钮全部变为无法点击状态，且灰色显示；

⑵请根据绿色字体提示按下指纹,比对成功时，所验证指纹名称由白色转为绿色显示；

无指纹时弹窗提醒“没有有效的指纹存在”；匹配错误时弹窗提示“没有匹配的指纹”；指纹未完

整按下时弹窗提醒“指纹未完整按下”；

内没有进行比对操作，则弹窗提示“指纹比对超时”

3.3密码管理

⑴单击“密码管理”按钮，进入密码管理界面；

⑵请按照界面文字提示，按规则输入密码；

⑶输入成功后，弹窗提示“管理员密码修改成功”，两次单击“确认”，返回主界面；

输入密码位数太长或太短时，弹窗提示“输入的密码长度为

3.4磁盘管理

3.4.1密码解锁磁盘

⑴单击“磁盘管理”按钮，进入磁盘管理界面；

⑵单击“解锁磁盘”按钮，进入输入密码界面；

⑶请按照提示，输入预设的管理员密码，单击“确认”；

3.4.2恢复出厂设置

⑴单击“恢复出厂设置”按钮，弹窗提示“恢复出厂设置将会销毁安全盘内的数据”；

⑵单击“确定”按钮，出现“请再次确认是否销毁安全盘内的数据，一旦销毁无法还原”，

单击“确定”显示格式化进度条，磁盘开始进行格式化；

注：恢复出厂设置，将会清除安全分区内数据，且会弹窗提示重新设置安全分区数字密码，指纹信息

被全部清除，公开分区不受影响。

⑶单击“返回”按钮，返回到主界面；

4.指纹解锁

⑴使用指纹安全认证前，请确认已通过指纹管理工具成功录入指纹；

⑵将已录入指纹的手指指纹区域，轻轻触压U628指纹识别区域后，即可打开安全分区；

⑶安全分区打开后，若连续15分钟内，对公开分区和安全分区无任何读写操作，安全分

区会自动关闭，如需使用，则需要重新验证指纹；

注：1必须先要关闭指纹管理软件，方可进行指纹解锁操作；

2“录入、删除、比对、重命名指纹”，“打开关闭公开分区和安全分区“，”打开关闭CD-ROM“等

操作不属于读写磁盘操作，15分钟内若只进行此三项操作，安全分区仍然会休眠

5.1指纹录入动态图颜色代表什么？

5.2为什么录入的指纹总是不能解锁？

请确认指纹管理软件是否被打开，验证指纹解锁安全分区须在关闭软件后才能正常工作。

5.3为什么安全分区自动被格式化？

通过管理员密码解锁安全分区时，当密码认证连续错误次数达到10次时，将自动销毁安

全分区的数据以及指纹信息；在密码认证连续错误次数达到9次时，会弹窗警示。

5.4为什么恢复出厂设置后,安全分区显示为RAW格式？

恢复出厂设置后，安全分区会自动进入格式化，此过程中请勿将移动U盘拔出，否则会

造成安全分区变为RAW格式，此时需要手动对安全分区进行格式化，才能完成操作

1PRODUCT INFORMATION

1.1Product Introduction

U628 Flash Drive is a removable storage product with fingerprint identification.

slim and portable, used for daily life; safe and reliable, prevent privacy disclosure; big

capacity, store business data. Usage is more flexible with public parition and security

parition, such as sharing data and protecting privacy. U628 support fingerprint access

management technology and dual lock systems of AES and SM4. Besides, it allows for

USB 3.0 high speed transmission and compatible for Windows, MAC, UNIX and Linux

systems.

U628 has visual fingerprint management software with clear user interface. Support

dual unlock of fingerprint and password. Allows for fingerprint register, rename and

delete without installation. Featured with sensitive response, time and effort saving. Share

encrypted storage by setting multiple fingerprints.

RE MANAGEMENT

3.1 Program Execution

⑴connect U628 with PC USB, open CD-ROM driver of My Computer: U628Tool;

⑵single click“Netac_fp_”to manage fingerprint；

note: copy all files of software contents to other folder of PC

⑶When there is no administrator password, double click"Netac_fp_","Setting

password" will popup; input new password twice by rule, click "OK" (as shown below), "Set

Successfully" shows and click "OK".

3.2 Fingerprint Management

3.2.1 Password Input

⑴single click "fingerprint management", enter interface of "Please enter the Administrator

password";

⑵Input preset password and click "OK"；

3.2.2 Fingerprint Management

⑴single click"Register", enter register fingerprint interface;

⑵press finger on fingerprint acquisition area, press for several times until "Cancel" turns to

"OK", click"OK" and back to main interface;

⑶repeat the above two steps and register new fingerprints(maximum of 3 different

fingerprints). Default names are Fingerprint0、Fingerprint1、Fingerprint2；

note:

only one finger supported while register fingerprint.

⑷ Rename Fingerprint: Double click fingerprint name. Enter new name after the white enter

column shows up. Then press “Enter” to confirm and fingerprint rename is finished.

Note: The maximum numbers are 14 for new name. It must consist of letters and numbers from A~Z, a~z,

0~9.

⑸ When fingerprint numbers reach to 3, it is needed to click the

3.2.3 Fingerprint Comparison

⑴ Click “Compare”, the fingerprint management interface button will be invalid to click and

becomes grey.

⑵ Please press fingerprint according to the green words. The fingerprint name turns into green

from white when fingerprint compares successfully.

Note: -up window hints “Not found valid fingerprint” when there is no fingerprint; “Not found

compared fingerprint” when compared wrongly; “Fingerprint is not complete” when fingerprint is not

complete.

2. Pop-up window hints “overtime fingerprint comparison” when there is no action within 10 seconds.

3.3

Password Management

⑴ Click “password management” button, then enter password management interface.

⑵ Please enter password according to the note.

⑶ After successful enter, pop-up window reminds “successful password change by manager”.

Double click “OK” to back to the main interface.

Pop-up window hints “Set password with 6~16 numbers, please check password numbers.”

2. Pop-up window hints “No empty content when renames” or “Please enter values A~Z, a~z, 0~9” when

enter improper character. (Click “Password”; Enter password as required)

3.4 Disk Management

3.4.1

Decode Disk with Password

⑴ Click “Disk Management”, enter into disk management interface;

⑵ Click “Unlock Disk”, enter into password enter interface;

⑶ Enter default manager password as required, click “affirm”; (Click “Disk”, Click “Unlock

Disk”)

3.4.2

Restore Factory Default Settings

⑴ Click “Factory Reset”, pop-up window hint “Restoring default settings will destroy the data

in the Security parition.”

⑵ Click “OK”, hints “Please reconfirm whether to destroy the data in the Security parition.

Once destroyed, it cannot be recovered.”

Note: The data of security parition will be cleared after restoring factory reset. Pop-up windows hints to

reset security parition number password. Fingerprint information will be all cleared. Public parition will not

be affected.

⑶ Click “Back”, turn back to main interface

IDENTIFICATION

⑴ Please confirm that fingerprint is successfully recorded via fingerprint management tool

before using fingerprint security certification.

⑵ The finger fingerprint area that has been entered into the fingerprint security parition can be

opened after gently pressing the U628 fingerprint identification area.

⑶ After opening the security parition, it will automatically shutoff if there is not any read and

write operation to the public parition and security parition within 15 minutes. Fingerprint

revalidation is needed if you want to use.

Note：1

Fingerprint unlock operation is accessible only after closing the fingerprint

management software.

“Operations like “Record, cancel, comparison and rename fingerprint”, “Turn

on and turn off the public parition and security parition”, “Turn on and turn off

CD-ROM” do not belong to read and write disk operation. Security parition will still

be in dormant state if only take the above operations within 15 minutes.

5.1 what do the colors of dynamic diagram represent while

5.2 why the inputed fingerprint can not unlock the flash disk？

Please confirm whether the fingerprint management software is opened. Verifying the

fingerprint unlock security parition can only be done after closing the software.

5.3

why was security parition formatted automatically？

When password is verified wrongly for 10 times, it will automatically destroy the data and

fingerprint information of the security parition when unlocking security parition via manager

password. There will be pop-up windows when wrong password verification reaches up to 9

times in a row.

5.4

Why security parition is in RAW format after restoring factory

reset?

After restore factory reset, the security parition will automatically be formatted. Please do not

unplug the movable disk, or else it will change the security parition into RAW format. In this

case, manual operation is needed to format the security parition and it can return to normal.
