因为系统不能更新，先查看更新服务是否正确运行

以管理员权限运行cmd

services.msc

打开服务管理面板，找到windows更新相关服务

发现（显示名称，服务名称）

Background Intelligent Transfer Service，BITS

更新 Orchestrator 服务，UsoSvc

等更新相关的几个服务名称有点怪变成了

BITS_bkp

WaaSMedicSvc_bkp

UsoSvc_bkp

解决方案，

仅针对服务后面添加_bkp，如果你看到这里相信你已经会打开服务面板确认是这个问题造成的，

如果你不知道怎么打开服务面板，可以右击计算机，选择管理，找到服务来检查。

确定是以上问题以后，那可以确定你已经中毒了，

先杀完毒再用以上方法修复吧！

运行完以上如果修复成功，可以进行收尾工作，以超级管理员方式打开命令提示符，删除没用的服务

sc delete BITS_bkp

同时将能设置为自动启动的服务设置为自动启动即可。

再进一步研究发现(个人研究)：

有可能是一种未知应用（病毒？），并注册了相关服务，删除相关服务SystemCacheUPL

并删除相关文件

因为系统不能更新，先查看更新服务是否正确运行

以管理员权限运行cmd

services.msc

打开服务管理面板，找到windows更新相关服务

发现（显示名称，服务名称）

Background Intelligent Transfer Service，BITS

更新 Orchestrator 服务，UsoSvc

等更新相关的几个服务名称有点怪变成了

BITS_bkp

WaaSMedicSvc_bkp

UsoSvc_bkp

解决方案，

仅针对服务后面添加_bkp，如果你看到这里相信你已经会打开服务面板确认是这个问题造成的，

如果你不知道怎么打开服务面板，可以右击计算机，选择管理，找到服务来检查。

确定是以上问题以后，那可以确定你已经中毒了，

运行完以上如果修复成功，可以进行收尾工作，以超级管理员方式打开命令提示符，删除没用的服务

同时将能设置为自动启动的服务设置为自动启动即可。

有可能是一种未知应用（病毒？），并注册了相关服务，删除相关服务SystemCacheUPL

最后发现还是中毒了，得下载一下杀毒软件（引擎名称，病毒名称），
