一、Vue+JavaScript 需要项目npm run dev运行后自动打开浏览器（VueCli2）

1.1、版本说明

1.2、修改项目目录下/config/index.js文件，设置dev.autoOpenBrowser为true即可

二、Vue+TypeScript 需要项目npm run serve运行后自动打开浏览器（VueCli3+）

2.1、版本说明

"vue": "^2.6.10"

"vue-router": "^3.1.3"

vuecli 4

"typescript": "~3.5.3"

2.2、查找资料说是在vue.config.js文件中修改即可，但是没有这个文件，需要在项目根目录下（和src同级）新建vue.config.js文件

【目录如下】                   

2.3、vue.config.js文件内容如下：

    devServer: {
        open: true,
        disableHostCheck: false,
        host: "0.0.0.0",
        port: 8099,
        https: false,
