(new)华为ONU常见故障处理流程及步骤

处理故障需要网管组和现场的故障处理人员之间互相配合和有效的沟通才能顺利的分析故障,解决故障。要做到这点,首先就要学习和了解现场接入设备的硬件知识。

下面简单介绍一下华为ONU设备的槽位分布情况:

MA5680T(华为OLT):1-6,9-16槽位是业务板槽位,7-8槽位是主控板,一主一备,17-18华为ONU常见故障处理流程及步骤

为上行板 。

MA5612(华为ONU):1-4槽位是业务板槽位,0槽位是上行板。

1.看RUN/ALARM灯,正常应该是绿灯或黄灯,如果亮红灯,则设备有故障。

2.看link灯是否长亮,如果link灯不亮,则光路不通。(例外:四口的ONU的link灯只在插光纤的时候闪一下,然后就灭了)

3.看link灯旁边的reg灯(或auth灯),数据没有配置时,它是闪烁的(1秒3次),数据配置完后变成长亮或慢闪(3秒1次)

4,接电脑或AP的网线口,正常状态宽带板上的link灯应为亮,不亮则网线不通。

(ADSL设备业务板卡上没有指示灯)

5. 语音板上如果alarm灯亮红灯,可能是语音数据没有配置或硬件故障。

现场人员查看设备硬件的同时,我们登录到设备上通过命令查看设备状态是否和现场反馈的一致。

1、先查看ONU所有的单板是否正常(Normal为正常):

2、先查看ONU某块单板的端口状态:

如果link状态为online,物理链路正常,如果为offline,物理链路不通,查看网线,网卡,或更换ONU端口测试。

3、查看ONU上学习的MAC地址情况:

MA5612:0/4为宽带板,0/0为上行板,同一个VLAN中,在宽带板能学到用户的MAC,在上行板能学到对端业务的MAC,则业务正常。

4、如果是语音业务故障,查看ONU语音端口状态。

先看下语音板位置,华为ONU语音板型号为ASNB

如果语音端口CTPSrvState状态为Idle,

表明端口空闲(摘机时其状态为offhook,振铃时其状态为ringing), CTPAdmState状态为StartSvc ,证明端口数据正常。如果CTPAdmState状态为Rblock,说明端口有问题。

可尝试重启h248接口,命令

再查看语音端口状态,如果还是不好,可能是语音端口有问题,可联系软交换,把号码做到其他可用端口。

上面是配合现场人员处理故障的一些常用命令,下面具体介绍一下ONU常见故障的具体处理步骤:

1、查看ONU状态,判断ONU是否在线,下线原因是由光路断或者断电引起。(在OLT上命令查看)

(1)在华为资料中找到故障ONU的登记信息,通过OLT、PON口的具体信息,登录到OLT上查看ONU的在线状态。

(2)telnet OLT-IP(输入用户名和密码)

(3)输入命令enable */进入OLT特权模式/*

(4)输入命令config */进入OLT配置模式/*

(5)例:代维打电话反映厚恩教育有故障,在资料表中查到的厚恩教育的OLT和PON口信

息。如下所示:

会有三个时间(红色标注):Last up time-上一次上线时间,Last down time-上一次掉线时间,Last dying gasp time-上一次断电时间。

如果Last down cause显示: dying-gasp ---------------------------------------------------------------------

说明是用户端掉电引起onu下线。告知让代维和用户确认是否断电,也会可能出现用户端用电出现故障把ONU烧坏。虽然用户端用户已恢复正常,但ONU已无法使用。

如果Last down cause显示: LOS,说明是光路中断引起的onu掉线。告知让代维到现场确认光路是否正常,或者ONU设备是否运行正常。

(6)如果一个pon口下onu状态全部为offline,并且每台onu的Last down cause都是显示: LOS,则是olt到分光器之间光路中断或者OLT的PON口光模块故障需通知传输处理。

(7) 如果一个PON口的每台ONU下线原因都是dying-gasp,并且下线时间也一样,可以判断为小区断电导致,可以联系驻地网代维和小区物业核实断电情况。

2、如ONU正常在线,登录到ONU,查看ONU数据是否有问题。

(1)telnet ONU-IP (输入用户名root和密码mduadmin)

(2)输入命令enable */进入ONU特权模式/*

(4)查看ONU的所有单板状态是否正常。

红色是上行MAC,橙色的是下行MAC。这说明该集团互联网状态正常。OLT和ONU上面的数据肯定没有问题。

3、如ONU数据无问题,查看OLT上ONU的VLAN配置是否有未透传上行,业务流没有做的情况(一般不会有问题,除非被误删除)

(1)display vlan 1514 看vlan是否有透传上行(华为OLT上行口为0/17/0或0/17/1或0/18/0或0/18/1,看vlan是否有做该台ONU的业务流(service-port)。

4、如果有语音业务,需在OLT上看下有没有做语音vlan的业务流,看下语音地址有没有用重,在ONU上查看H248接口状态(域名故障),语音RTP资源(硬件故障),及语音物理端口状态(硬件故障)。

如果域名和对接的NGN平台无误的话,在ONU上ping一下NGN服务器地址,看能否ping通,无法ping通,检查语音IP是否用重,语音VLAN业务流没有做。

数据都正常,可以尝试重启H248接口,和华为NGN对接的H248接口复位时间较长,和中兴NGN对接的H248复位时间较短。

5、驻地网宽带业务除了前三步,要增加根据账号判断。

1.如现场拨号错误代码678,如该台设备其他用户正常。可建议更换ONU端口。

2.如现场拨号错误代码691,建议清除账号绑定试一下。

网址:211.138.200.17:7001/ 点:清除用户绑定,输入账号解绑。

3.如现场拨号错误代码734,建议查看同一个PON口下的ONU内层VLAN是否有重复,需要telnet上每一台查看。如果没有重复,可能是7750地址池的问题,可联系万旭或IT班刘双喜处理。

如果语音端口CTPSrvState状态为Idle,

表明端口空闲(摘机时其状态为offhook,振铃时其状态为ringing), CTPAdmState状态为StartSvc ,证明端口数据正常。如果CTPAdmState状态为Rblock,说明端口有问题。

可尝试重启h248接口,命令

再查看语音端口状态,如果还是不好,可能是语音端口有问题,可联系软交换,把号码做到其他可用端口。

上面是配合现场人员处理故障的一些常用命令,下面具体介绍一下ONU常见故障的具体处理步骤:

1、查看ONU状态,判断ONU是否在线,下线原因是由光路断或者断电引起。(在OLT上命令查看)

(1)在华为资料中找到故障ONU的登记信息,通过OLT、PON口的具体信息,登录到OLT上查看ONU的在线状态。

(2)telnet OLT-IP(输入用户名和密码)

(3)输入命令enable */进入OLT特权模式/*

(4)输入命令config */进入OLT配置模式/*

(5)例:代维打电话反映厚恩教育有故障,在资料表中查到的厚恩教育的OLT和PON口信

会有三个时间(红色标注):Last up time-上一次上线时间,Last down time-上一次掉线时间,Last dying gasp time-上一次断电时间。

如果Last down cause显示: dying-gasp ---------------------------------------------------------------------

说明是用户端掉电引起onu下线。告知让代维和用户确认是否断电,也会可能出现用户端用电出现故障把ONU烧坏。虽然用户端用户已恢复正常,但ONU已无法使用。

如果Last down cause显示: LOS,说明是光路中断引起的onu掉线。告知让代维到现场确认光路是否正常,或者ONU设备是否运行正常。

(6)如果一个pon口下onu状态全部为offline,并且每台onu的Last down cause都是显示: LOS,则是olt到分光器之间光路中断或者OLT的PON口光模块故障需通知传输处理。

(7) 如果一个PON口的每台ONU下线原因都是dying-gasp,并且下线时间也一样,可以判断为小区断电导致,可以联系驻地网代维和小区物业核实断电情况。

2、如ONU正常在线,登录到ONU,查看ONU数据是否有问题。

(1)telnet ONU-IP (输入用户名root和密码mduadmin)

(2)输入命令enable */进入ONU特权模式/*

(4)查看ONU的所有单板状态是否正常。

红色是上行MAC,橙色的是下行MAC。这说明该集团互联网状态正常。OLT和ONU上面的数据肯定没有问题。

3、如ONU数据无问题,查看OLT上ONU的VLAN配置是否有未透传上行,业务流没有做的情况(一般不会有问题,除非被误删除)

(1)display vlan 1514 看vlan是否有透传上行(华为OLT上行口为0/17/0或0/17/1或0/18/0或0/18/1,看vlan是否有做该台ONU的业务流(service-port)。

4、如果有语音业务,需在OLT上看下有没有做语音vlan的业务流,看下语音地址有没有用重,在ONU上查看H248接口状态(域名故障),语音RTP资源(硬件故障),及语音物理端口状态(硬件故障)。

如果域名和对接的NGN平台无误的话,在ONU上ping一下NGN服务器地址,看能否ping通,无法ping通,检查语音IP是否用重,语音VLAN业务流没有做。

数据都正常,可以尝试重启H248接口,和华为NGN对接的H248接口复位时间较长,和中兴NGN对接的H248复位时间较短。

5、驻地网宽带业务除了前三步,要增加根据账号判断。

1.如现场拨号错误代码678,如该台设备其他用户正常。可建议更换ONU端口。

2.如现场拨号错误代码691,建议清除账号绑定试一下。

网址:211.138.200.17:7001/ 点:清除用户绑定,输入账号解绑。

3.如现场拨号错误代码734,建议查看同一个PON口下的ONU内层VLAN是否有重复,需要telnet上每一台查看。如果没有重复,可能是7750地址池的问题,可联系万旭或IT班刘双喜处理。
