摘要：Provided are a spherical involute straight bevel gear pair and tooth profile
modification method thereof; the spherical involute straight bevel gear pair comprises a
meshing driving gear (1) and driven gear (2); the tooth profile of the gear is divided into
two segments; the AB segment is the theoretical spherical involute and the BD' segment
is a spherical modified curve, B being the starting point of the modification. The method
for modifying the tooth profile of the gear comprises the following steps: software
modeling → manufacturing modification mold → mass production.
