Sony expands its renowned Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera family with the new SRG Series
cameras - SRG-360SHE and SRG-120DS. These cameras are able to achieve superb
picture quality by utilizing Sony’s latest imaging technology and 1080/60p resolution,
delivering reliability with field-proven operability.
The SRG-360SHE is a desktop or ceiling-mountable remote camera with an amazingly
high 30x optical zoom capability. While SRG-120DS is a desktop remote camera with 12x
optical zoom with exceptional 71-degree horizontal viewing angle.
These cameras are ideal for a range of applications including lecture capture,
telemedicine, remote shooting, and video conferencing applications.
SRG Series cameras provide superior picture quality by
incorporating a sophisticated 1/2.8-type Exmor CMOS
image sensor. They provide smooth, crisply detailed, full-
HD (1920 x 1080/60p) images with extremely low noise.
High frame rate (60 fps) operation ensures smoother,
more fluid reproduction of moving subjects.
In addition, outstanding View-DR
technology expands
the dynamic range for clear images under harsh
backlighting with extremes of light and dark in the same

crisp reproduction of still and moving objects in poorly

VISCA-over-IP
SRG Series cameras can be controlled via the VISCA™
protocol over IP connections. They are also compatible
with Sony’s RM-IP10 IP Remote Controller to enable
comfortable pan, tilt, and zoom operation with an optical
three-axis joystick.
You can also control up to 112 cameras over IP
connections by using five remote controllers.
Enhanced audio quality with
equalizer and auto lip-sync function
Providing great intelligibility, the SRG-360SHE enhances
stereo audio from a connected stereo microphone
(optional) or line inputs by using the onboard equalizer
and auto level control. Unwanted signal delays between
audio and video are compensated for by the auto lip-
sync function. The SRG-300SE is equipped with two-way
monaural audio input interfaces: an external LINE input
and a MIC input.*

The SRG-360SHE can be operated with quiet and rapid
motion to the target position over a wide pan/tilt angle
range because of its powerful direct-drive motor.
This PTZ 'synchronization' capability enables
professional-looking transitions with smooth coordinated
camera motion. The pan/tilt speed can be set to 'Slow'
for precise tracking, and a sequence of camera positions
can be stored and recalled as a preset 'Trace'.
PoE+ for flexible powering options
For installation simplicity and flexibility, the SRG-360SHE
supports a PoE+ (Power-over-Ethernet) capability that
carries IP video/audio control and power over a single
connection cable.
Simultaneous transmission of 3G-SDI,
HDMI, and IP H.264 full-HD video
The SRG-360SHE supports triple streaming outputs. This
camera can simultaneously output 1080/60p baseband
video through 3G-SDI, HDMI, and a H.264-compressed
video/audio stream via IP. This triple streaming capability
makes the camera ideal for webcasting, viewing
and simultaneously recording conferences, lectures,
seminars, and other live events.
Up to 256 camera preset positions*
The SRG-360SHE and SRG-300SE support up to 256
camera preset positions using a plug-in free viewer and
ActiveX viewer.
The SRG-300H, SRG-120DS, SRG-120DH, and SRG-120DU
also support up to 16 camera preset positions. And six
positions can be controlled via a supplied IR remote
commander unit.

For easy operability, you can connect SRG-120 Series
cameras to a computer using a broad range of interfaces.
The SRG-120DS is equipped with the following
interfaces: 3G-SDI, SRG-120DH with HDMI, and
SRG-120DU with USB 3.0.
The SRG-120DU provides a super-speed data transfer
capability of up to 5 Gbps via USB 3.0 to transfer
uncompressed video signals at 1080/60p resolution.
