【学习目标】
通过本课学习,学生能够:
1.在阅读中理解下列词汇:steal, stole, lay out, laid, dessert, garden, tradition, whoever, goddess
等。
2.感知并初步理解that, if ,whether引导宾语从句的用法;在语境中感知理解感叹句。
3.利用图片信息和文章标题获取文章大意,利用思维导图的提示概括文章大意。
4.通过课文学习,能了解中国的传统节日及其来源,热爱并传播中国传统文化。
【学习过程】
Before reading
一.向学生展示月饼,提出问题并且让学生小组讨论
1. Do you like mooncakes? When do we usually eat mooncakes?
2. How do people celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival?
二.通过这一问题Why do people eat mooncakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival?
引出课本短文并让学生Look at the picture and guess what story the passage is about.
