Step 1 Lead-in Watch a video to review the words
about clothes.
Step 2 Reading practice (2b)
1 Before Reading : Look at the picture and answer the questions:
1) What’s the store’s name?
2) What can you see in the picture?
2 Fast Reading: Read the ad quickly and fill in the price tags.
3 Careful Reading: Listen and read the ad carefully and answer the
questions:
1) Can girls buy black trousers at the store? (Why?)
2) Do they have any shorts?
3) How much are six pairs of socks?
Step 3
Read the ad again and find key phrases in groups:
1）服装店 2) 来买……
3) 大减价 4) 我们所有的衣服……
5) 以优惠的价格卖/买…… 6) 对于男孩/女孩而言
7) 黑色的裤仅20美元 8) 紫色的短裙子仅22美元
