摘 要
在目前汽车护理设备的市场中,车载吸尘器已经成为私家车的主流选择,品牌繁多,
价格不一,造型和结构上也不尽相同。其中很大的原因是材料的优化和工艺的复杂性会
增加原料和模具的成本,进而影响了车载吸尘器造型的发展与进化。针对这次设计实践,
要从造型上进行大胆的突破,对车载吸尘器的功能进行合理化的设计,结合人机工程学,
使消费者使用起来更加方便简洁。同时探索和研究新型环保材料的灵活运用,在不增加
或极少增加生产成本的基础上,更好的设计经济环保的新时代车载吸尘器。
在进行了一系列的市场调研之后,通过对市场调研进行总结发现,产品设计不仅仅
是技术上的进步,同时也需要艺术的表现,产品的设计是为了更好地服务人类生活,所
以,本次设计的产品在造型上要新颖独特,在功能上要与人机工程学完美的结合,在颜
色上更能融入人们的生活环境,在材料上更环保节能。在设计产品的同时找出市面上现
有产品的特点,然后进行产品设计,取长补短,使自己的产品在造型上、材料上、功能
上都有新的突破。设计一款具备上市能力和市场竞争力的中高阶家用型车载吸尘器。

Abstract
In the present car care equipment market, car vacuum cleaner has become the
mainstream choice of private cars, the brand is various, the price is differ, model and structure
are also different. Much of the reason is that the complexity of the optimization of material
and process would increase the cost of raw materials and mould, and then influence the
development of the car vacuum cleaner model and evolution. According to the design practice,
to make a bold breakthrough, from model to rationalization of the design of the function of
the car vacuum cleaner, combined with ergonomics, make consumers to use up more
convenient and concise. At the same time, explore and study new environmental protection
material of flexible use, without any increase in little or increased production costs, on the
basis of better design a new era of economic and environmental protection car vacuum
cleaner.
After a series of market research, summarizes through the market research found that the
product design is not only a technological progress, at the same time also need art
performance, the design of the product is in order to better serve human life, therefore, the
design of the product on the modelling of novel and unique, on the function and the perfect
combination of ergonomics, in colors on the better integrated into the people's living
conditions, more environmental protection and energy saving in material. In the design of
products at the same time find out the characteristics of existing products on the market, and
then in terms of product design, complement each other, make oneself of the product on the
shape, material, function has the new breakthrough. Design a public ability and market
competitiveness of higher-order household type car vacuum cleaner.
