新型Fe掺杂钙钛矿型KMgF3光催化剂 

制备及性能

摘要:通过微乳液法制备了Fe掺杂钙钛矿型KMgFs光催化剂,运用扫描电子显微观察 

(SEM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV—Vis DRS)、光致发光光谱(PL spec— 

tra)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对催化剂形貌、结构及理化特性等进行表征。考察了制备材料 

对水体中罗丹明B和甲基橙的光降解性能和其稳定性。结果表明,Fe。+通过取代Mg。+掺杂进 

入KMgF。晶格形成均质固溶体,抑制晶粒长大和团聚的同时形成新的掺杂能级和浅电子陷 

阱,显著改善催化剂的光谱响应和抑制催化剂表面光生电子和空穴的复合。最适Fe计掺杂量 

为Mg。+的1/4(摩尔分数),掺杂催化剂对水体罗丹明B、甲基橙的降解率30 min内分别可达 

92 、91 ,相比未掺杂的催化剂,降解率分别显著提升了约63 、68 。经5次光降解实验循 

环后,掺杂催化剂活性仍可保持新鲜催化剂的9O 以上。

染料废水具有毒性大、色度高、成分复杂等特 引起广大科研工作者的关注_4]。 

钙钛矿结构材料是一类被广泛研究的光催化 

材料,其通式可表示为ABX。,其中A位主要为碱 

或碱土金属元素、B位主要为碱土或过渡金属元 

点[1]。长期或超剂量接触会导致人体神经、生殖 

发育等系统损害甚至致癌致畸_2]。直至目前,对 

染料废水尚缺乏真正实用和高效的技术方法_3]。 

基于纳米光活性材料的光催化降解技术具有反应 

条件温和、对污染物广谱和矿化程度高等优点,正 

素、X位主要为氧或卤族元素[5J。钙钛矿结构材 

料作为光催化剂具有其独特优点,即无论氧或非

氧化物钙钛矿型复合物,其组成的元素及价态、化 

学计量数及形成的空位,能在其主体结构保持不 

变下可允许有较大变化L6]。这使得元素掺杂成为 

了钙钛矿光催化剂改性的一种可行且重要的手 

段,能在很大程度上允许不同元素的掺杂,从而为 

提升其光催化性能提供重要手段。 

目前,已有文献报道的关于钙钛矿型光催化 

剂的研究大多为氧化物型,而非氧化物型鲜有报 

道。其中,氟化物型钙钛矿材料以其独特的性质, 

在辐射探测、窗体材料、计量等领域正受到越来越 

多的关注,特别是其作为光活性催化剂的潜力 ]。 

KMgF。是一种典型的氟化物型钙钛矿复合物,其 

表征结构稳定性的容许因子t可达0.95l_7],具有 

规整立方结构(图1所示)。Cheng等E8]通过第一 

性分析表明KMgF。于多个波段理论上具有光吸 

收性质。Hu等[g]在此基础上通过溶胶凝胶和微 

乳液法制备KMgFs光催化剂,观察到其对苯酚、 

氯苯酚、甲基橙和罗丹明B均具有一定的光催化 

降解效果,而微乳液法制备的催化剂效果明显优 

于溶胶凝胶法样品。但总体而言,对于氟化物型 

钙钛矿材料用于环境治理方面的研究目前依然较 

少

金属掺杂是材料功能化改性的重要手段,在 

光催化领域,金属掺杂一方面可改善催化剂表面 

性质,同时还可以调变催化剂的能带结构,实现光 

生电子和空穴复合的抑制,从而提高其光催化活 

性。Fe作为一种过渡金属,已被尝试用于TiOz、 

WO。等光催化剂的改性[ ]。Sood等人l1 利用超 

声辅助水热法制备了F TiOz,探明掺杂量为 

0.05 (摩尔分数)时,改性催化剂的对硝基苯酚 

光降解效果最好。Song等l_1 2=以碳球为模板尝试 

制备了Fe—wO。,发现其对罗丹明B的光降解的最 

适掺杂量为5.25 (摩尔分数)。目前关于铁掺杂 

KMgF。钙钛矿材料的报道尚停留于第一性理论 

分析,分析认为Fe。+通过取代Mg。+进入KMgF。 

晶格中,但取代导致电荷不平衡,需引入补偿电 

荷。一种理论认为,补偿电荷位于El113晶面方向 

上的Fe什和K+之间l13 ;另一种理论认为,与 

Fe 相邻的6个F一的1个被核自旋为零的负二 

价离子(如O。一)取代,从而达到电荷平衡_】 。关 

于Fe掺杂KMgF。钙钛矿材料用于水体污染物光 

催化降解去除的研究至今未见报道。 

本文通过微乳液法,以异辛醇为油相,十六烷 

基三甲基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,反应物溶液为 

水相,合成KMgF。纳米晶体。在此基础上,以九 

水硝酸铁为Fe前驱,尝试实现KMgF。的Fe掺杂 

改性并优化掺杂含量。以罗丹明B(RhB)、甲基橙 

(MO)为目标降解物,表征催化剂的光催化性能, 

分别以对苯醌(BQ)捕获超氧自由基(0‘ )、叔丁 

醇(BuOH)捕获羟基自由基(・0H)及EDTA一2Na 

捕获空穴(h+),以归属RhB光催化降解的活性物 

种,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪 

(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(uV_Vis DRS)、光 

致发光光谱(PL spectra)、X射线电子能谱仪 

(XPS)对催化剂进行表征分析,探讨Fe掺杂对催 

化剂性能的影响及机制。 

1 实验部分 

1.1材料 

十六烷基三甲基溴化铵[cTAB]

异辛醇、硝

酸钾、六水硝酸镁、九水硝酸铁、氟化铵、甲醇、叔 

丁醇、EDTA-2Na等均为市售分析纯试剂且使用 

前未经纯化处理,实验用水为去离子水。 

1.2催化剂的制备 

线( 一0.15418 nm);于日本岛津公司UV-3600 

型紫外可见近红外分光光度计上记录样品的漫反 

射光谱(UV_Vis DRS);于日本日立公司F7000型 

分子荧光分光光度计上记录样品的光致发光光谱 

(PL spectra,Ex=285.0 nm);采用日本Ulvac—Phi 

配制13 9/6(质量分数)CTAB的异辛醇溶液 

150 g,取其100 g,并向其中磁力搅拌下逐滴加入 

按K:Mg:Fe为1:0.8:0.2(最适摩尔比)配 

公司PHI5000型X射线电子能谱仪(XPS)分析样 

品元素形态(Al Ka,1486.6 eV)。 

1.4光催化性能检测 

制的硝酸钾、六水硝酸镁、九水硝酸铁混合去离子 

水溶液2O mL,形成均匀透明的微乳液A。另在 

剩余的异辛醇溶液中磁力搅拌下逐滴加入按化学 

计量需要配制的氟化铵(F:K摩尔比为3:1)去 

离子水溶液10 mL,形成均匀透明的微乳液B。将 

取100 mL浓度为20 mg/L的目标降解物溶 

液置于双层烧杯中(夹层通冷却水),加入0.05 g 

催化剂,恒温搅拌30 min,待吸附达平衡后,开启 

125 W高压汞灯(主波长约365 nm),灯距液面高 

度25 cm。间隔一定时间取样2 mL,离心分离,取 

上清液1 mL,稀释成10 mL后于紫外可见分光光 

度计上波长为554 nm(RhB)、460 nm(MO)处记 

A与B混合,继续搅拌30 min,混合液以4000 

r/min的转速离心分离15 min,所得固体物以足量 

甲醇洗涤,后于80℃下烘干3 h。烘干物氮气气 

氛下于管式炉中以10℃/min的速率升至400℃, 

录溶液吸光度,并计算去除率。在相同条件下,分 

另0夕 加1 mmol/L BQ、0.3 mol/L BuOH及 

并于400℃下保温30 min,产物自然冷却至室温, 

所得样品组成可表示为KMgo.sFeo.。 。此外,在 

EDTA一2Na,观察RhB的降解率以归属光催化降 

解的活性物种和可能的机制。 

不加入九水硝酸铁,其它条件相同的情况下制备 

未掺杂的原始KMgF。。 

1.3催化剂的表征 

2结果与讨论 

2.1催化剂的体相及表面结构 

使用日本Ulvac-Phi公司S-4800型扫描电子 

显微镜(SEM)观察样品的形貌,扫描电压3.0 

kV;运用德国Bruker公司XRD-D8 Advance型X 

Fe掺杂前后KMgF。的XRD表征结果如图2 

所示。由图示结果可见掺杂前后KMgF。结晶良 

射线衍射仪(XRD)分析样品的晶体结构,CuKa射

在紫外区的光吸收显著增强,同时伴随一定程度

原始KMgF。于约270 nm处观察到明显光吸 

收,这是因为其晶格中的F空位的存在,使得导带 

产生了新的电子能级,禁带宽度窄化 。Fe掺杂 

后于KMgF。价带形成杂质能级,进一步使其禁带 

宽度窄化,而填隙阴离子0。的引入使F空位减 

少,因而在约315 11"1"I1处形成新的吸收峰 引。 

以Kubelka—Munk公式 。 可以计算Fe掺杂 

前后KMgF。的禁带宽度Eg,公式为: 

“h7 ̄-K(hy--Eg)。 

其中, :吸收系数,h:普朗克常数,’,:光于 

颛率,K:常数。以h7为横坐标,FF(R ̄)h7] 为 

纵坐标(F(R。。)一(1一 )。/( ),R。。=1/(1 ), 

A为图7中的吸光度),作图(图8)。可见,掺杂后 

KMgF。的禁带宽度由5.47显著窄化至3・24 eV, 

这种因杂质能级形成导致的禁带宽度窄化促进了 

改性催化剂光子吸收m]。与此同时,FW 之间存 

在的d—d轨道跃迁(zT。 一。A2g,。Tlg)和电荷转移 

跃迁(2Fe什一Fez +Fe4+),同步实现光吸收增 

强 ,上述机制下的光吸收的增强能够激发更多 

光生载流子及继之的活性自由基物种,这与图5 

所示的改性催化剂活性的显著提升密切正相关。 

Fe掺杂可能显著影响KMgF。的电学性能。 

由于F。s十与Mgz+电荷不等,为保持钙钛矿结构 

材料整体电中性,理论上每掺杂导入两个Fe汁将

引入一个填隙阴离子()2一,因而形成网络结构中 

的浅电子陷阱,易于捕获光生电子或空穴,从而促 

进光生电子和空穴对的分离及继之的RhB的光催 

化降解 引。 

与此同时,催化剂结构特别是表面结构中的 

Fe3十可以捕获光生电子空穴对,进一步抑制其复 

合。这是因为Fes+一方面能够捕获光生空穴转变 

为Fe4+,另一方面能够捕获光生电子转变为 

Fe2+,而Fez 和Fe 相比于拥有半满3d轨道的 

Fes十不稳定,趋向于重新释放电子和空穴,实现 

Fea+的再生和循环 ]。鉴于此,上述Fe3+捕获光 

生载流子的机制可表示为: 

KMgF3 ̄hv—e一+h十 

FP3十+h -- ̄Fe + 

Fe4 +OH一-- ̄Fe。十4-・OH 

Fe3十+e一— Fe。+ 

Fe2++O2--- ̄Fe。++O 

为归属光激发生成的主要活性物种,本研究

尝试了在相同降解条件下于RhB溶液体系中分别 

添加BQ、BuOH及EDTA-2Na,其RhB的降解率 

如图9所示,可见体系中分别添加BQ、BuOH和 

EDTA一2Na后,改性KMgF。的RhB降解率由 

92 分别下降到81 、39 和21 9/6。这表明O’ 

在分解RhB分子中的作用较小,而・OH和h+均 

为主要活性物种,且h+的作用可能更为主要。因 

此,改性催化剂对于污染物的降解机制可表示为:

改性催化剂因浅电子陷阱存在捕获光生载流 

子,抑制其复合弥散从而促进图5所示的光催化 

性能,这由催化剂的PL光谱可证实。 

图1O所示为掺杂前后催化剂的PL图谱,催 

化剂经光激发后产生的光生载流子复合过程中会 

以荧光形式释放能量,荧光光谱越强则表明复合 

程度越高。由图1O所示结果可以明显观察到掺 

杂催化剂相比于原始催化剂荧光强度的显著减 

弱,直观地表明掺杂催化剂对光生载流子复合的 

抑制和光量子效率的提高__2 。 

综上,Fe掺杂对KMgF。上RhB光降解性能 

的促进机制可主要归纳为: 

(1)Fe掺杂抑制了KMgF。纳米晶粒的生长 

及团聚。掺Fe催化剂晶粒尺寸减小,比表面积增 

大,进而表面的活性位点增加。

(2)Fe掺杂通过形成价带杂质能级、窄化禁 

带宽、d-d轨道及电荷转移跃迁实现改性催化剂光 

响应性能的提升。 

(3)Fe掺杂通过形成浅电子陷阱有效捕获光 

生电子空穴对,抑制其复合,提升改性催化剂的光 

量子效率。 

3 结论 

本研究采用微乳液法,获得了一种新型钙钛 

矿结构的Fe掺杂KMgFs纳米晶体光催化剂,相 

比未掺杂改性催化剂水体RhB、MO光降解性能 

明显提升,Fe抖掺杂借助抑制催化剂晶粒长大及 

团聚、改善催化剂光响应及抑制光生载流子的复 

合等,显著改善其光催化性能。

Abstract:The Fe doped perovskite-type Fe-KMgFa photocatalysts were synthesized bY a microem“I 。n

degradation Of aque。us Rhodanmine B and Methyl Orange. Results demonstrate that M +in KMgF3 may be 

substituted by a low amount of Fe3+to form a homogenous solid solution while the perovskite—type structure ot 

KMgF3 remains unchanged.The doping by Fe can suppress the growth and aggregation of KMgF3 crystallion, 

helps tO improve the light response and inhibit the recombination of phtogenerated hole/dectron Pa rs by 

fOrming the donOr level of impurities and shallow traps in lattice matrix.The photocatalytic degradat 。n rates of 

Rhodanmine B and Methy1 Orange on doped catalyst under optimal content of Fe。+(one quarter of Mg 十) 

reached 92%and 91 respectively in 30 min,and about 63 and 68%respectively of degrad 。n rate 

enhaneement which compared with non-doped KMgF3 was observed.After 5 th photocatalytic expertment,the 

Dhotocatalytic degradation rate of Rhodanmine B remains more than 9O o{the flesh・

新型Fe掺杂钙钛矿型KMgF3光催化剂 

制备及性能

摘要:通过微乳液法制备了Fe掺杂钙钛矿型KMgFs光催化剂,运用扫描电子显微观察 

(SEM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV—Vis DRS)、光致发光光谱(PL spec— 

tra)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对催化剂形貌、结构及理化特性等进行表征。考察了制备材料 

对水体中罗丹明B和甲基橙的光降解性能和其稳定性。结果表明,Fe。+通过取代Mg。+掺杂进 

入KMgF。晶格形成均质固溶体,抑制晶粒长大和团聚的同时形成新的掺杂能级和浅电子陷 

阱,显著改善催化剂的光谱响应和抑制催化剂表面光生电子和空穴的复合。最适Fe计掺杂量 

为Mg。+的1/4(摩尔分数),掺杂催化剂对水体罗丹明B、甲基橙的降解率30 min内分别可达 

92 、91 ,相比未掺杂的催化剂,降解率分别显著提升了约63 、68 。经5次光降解实验循 

环后,掺杂催化剂活性仍可保持新鲜催化剂的9O 以上。

染料废水具有毒性大、色度高、成分复杂等特 引起广大科研工作者的关注_4]。 

钙钛矿结构材料是一类被广泛研究的光催化 

材料,其通式可表示为ABX。,其中A位主要为碱 

或碱土金属元素、B位主要为碱土或过渡金属元 

点[1]。长期或超剂量接触会导致人体神经、生殖 

发育等系统损害甚至致癌致畸_2]。直至目前,对 

染料废水尚缺乏真正实用和高效的技术方法_3]。 

基于纳米光活性材料的光催化降解技术具有反应 

条件温和、对污染物广谱和矿化程度高等优点,正 

素、X位主要为氧或卤族元素[5J。钙钛矿结构材 

料作为光催化剂具有其独特优点,即无论氧或非

氧化物钙钛矿型复合物,其组成的元素及价态、化 

学计量数及形成的空位,能在其主体结构保持不 

变下可允许有较大变化L6]。这使得元素掺杂成为 

了钙钛矿光催化剂改性的一种可行且重要的手 

段,能在很大程度上允许不同元素的掺杂,从而为 

提升其光催化性能提供重要手段。 

目前,已有文献报道的关于钙钛矿型光催化 

剂的研究大多为氧化物型,而非氧化物型鲜有报 

道。其中,氟化物型钙钛矿材料以其独特的性质, 

在辐射探测、窗体材料、计量等领域正受到越来越 

多的关注,特别是其作为光活性催化剂的潜力 ]。 

KMgF。是一种典型的氟化物型钙钛矿复合物,其 

表征结构稳定性的容许因子t可达0.95l_7],具有 

规整立方结构(图1所示)。Cheng等E8]通过第一 

性分析表明KMgF。于多个波段理论上具有光吸 

收性质。Hu等[g]在此基础上通过溶胶凝胶和微 

乳液法制备KMgFs光催化剂,观察到其对苯酚、 

氯苯酚、甲基橙和罗丹明B均具有一定的光催化 

降解效果,而微乳液法制备的催化剂效果明显优 

于溶胶凝胶法样品。但总体而言,对于氟化物型 

钙钛矿材料用于环境治理方面的研究目前依然较 

少

金属掺杂是材料功能化改性的重要手段,在 

光催化领域,金属掺杂一方面可改善催化剂表面 

性质,同时还可以调变催化剂的能带结构,实现光 

生电子和空穴复合的抑制,从而提高其光催化活 

性。Fe作为一种过渡金属,已被尝试用于TiOz、 

WO。等光催化剂的改性[ ]。Sood等人l1 利用超 

声辅助水热法制备了F TiOz,探明掺杂量为 

0.05 (摩尔分数)时,改性催化剂的对硝基苯酚 

光降解效果最好。Song等l_1 2=以碳球为模板尝试 

制备了Fe—wO。,发现其对罗丹明B的光降解的最 

适掺杂量为5.25 (摩尔分数)。目前关于铁掺杂 

KMgF。钙钛矿材料的报道尚停留于第一性理论 

分析,分析认为Fe。+通过取代Mg。+进入KMgF。 

晶格中,但取代导致电荷不平衡,需引入补偿电 

荷。一种理论认为,补偿电荷位于El113晶面方向 

上的Fe什和K+之间l13 ;另一种理论认为,与 

Fe 相邻的6个F一的1个被核自旋为零的负二 

价离子(如O。一)取代,从而达到电荷平衡_】 。关 

于Fe掺杂KMgF。钙钛矿材料用于水体污染物光 

催化降解去除的研究至今未见报道。 

本文通过微乳液法,以异辛醇为油相,十六烷 

基三甲基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,反应物溶液为 

水相,合成KMgF。纳米晶体。在此基础上,以九 

水硝酸铁为Fe前驱,尝试实现KMgF。的Fe掺杂 

改性并优化掺杂含量。以罗丹明B(RhB)、甲基橙 

(MO)为目标降解物,表征催化剂的光催化性能, 

分别以对苯醌(BQ)捕获超氧自由基(0‘ )、叔丁 

醇(BuOH)捕获羟基自由基(・0H)及EDTA一2Na 

捕获空穴(h+),以归属RhB光催化降解的活性物 

种,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪 

(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(uV_Vis DRS)、光 

致发光光谱(PL spectra)、X射线电子能谱仪 

(XPS)对催化剂进行表征分析,探讨Fe掺杂对催 

化剂性能的影响及机制。 

1 实验部分 

1.1材料 

十六烷基三甲基溴化铵[cTAB]

异辛醇、硝

酸钾、六水硝酸镁、九水硝酸铁、氟化铵、甲醇、叔 

丁醇、EDTA-2Na等均为市售分析纯试剂且使用 

前未经纯化处理,实验用水为去离子水。 

1.2催化剂的制备 

线( 一0.15418 nm);于日本岛津公司UV-3600 

型紫外可见近红外分光光度计上记录样品的漫反 

射光谱(UV_Vis DRS);于日本日立公司F7000型 

分子荧光分光光度计上记录样品的光致发光光谱 

(PL spectra,Ex=285.0 nm);采用日本Ulvac—Phi 

配制13 9/6(质量分数)CTAB的异辛醇溶液 

150 g,取其100 g,并向其中磁力搅拌下逐滴加入 

按K:Mg:Fe为1:0.8:0.2(最适摩尔比)配 

公司PHI5000型X射线电子能谱仪(XPS)分析样 

品元素形态(Al Ka,1486.6 eV)。 

1.4光催化性能检测 

制的硝酸钾、六水硝酸镁、九水硝酸铁混合去离子 

水溶液2O mL,形成均匀透明的微乳液A。另在 

剩余的异辛醇溶液中磁力搅拌下逐滴加入按化学 

计量需要配制的氟化铵(F:K摩尔比为3:1)去 

离子水溶液10 mL,形成均匀透明的微乳液B。将 

取100 mL浓度为20 mg/L的目标降解物溶 

液置于双层烧杯中(夹层通冷却水),加入0.05 g 

催化剂,恒温搅拌30 min,待吸附达平衡后,开启 

125 W高压汞灯(主波长约365 nm),灯距液面高 

度25 cm。间隔一定时间取样2 mL,离心分离,取 

上清液1 mL,稀释成10 mL后于紫外可见分光光 

度计上波长为554 nm(RhB)、460 nm(MO)处记 

A与B混合,继续搅拌30 min,混合液以4000 

r/min的转速离心分离15 min,所得固体物以足量 

甲醇洗涤,后于80℃下烘干3 h。烘干物氮气气 

氛下于管式炉中以10℃/min的速率升至400℃, 

录溶液吸光度,并计算去除率。在相同条件下,分 

另0夕 加1 mmol/L BQ、0.3 mol/L BuOH及 

并于400℃下保温30 min,产物自然冷却至室温, 

所得样品组成可表示为KMgo.sFeo.。 。此外,在 

EDTA一2Na,观察RhB的降解率以归属光催化降 

解的活性物种和可能的机制。 

不加入九水硝酸铁,其它条件相同的情况下制备 

未掺杂的原始KMgF。。 

1.3催化剂的表征 

2结果与讨论 

2.1催化剂的体相及表面结构 

使用日本Ulvac-Phi公司S-4800型扫描电子 

显微镜(SEM)观察样品的形貌,扫描电压3.0 

kV;运用德国Bruker公司XRD-D8 Advance型X 

Fe掺杂前后KMgF。的XRD表征结果如图2 

所示。由图示结果可见掺杂前后KMgF。结晶良 

射线衍射仪(XRD)分析样品的晶体结构,CuKa射

在紫外区的光吸收显著增强,同时伴随一定程度

原始KMgF。于约270 nm处观察到明显光吸 

收,这是因为其晶格中的F空位的存在,使得导带 

产生了新的电子能级,禁带宽度窄化 。Fe掺杂 

后于KMgF。价带形成杂质能级,进一步使其禁带 

宽度窄化,而填隙阴离子0。的引入使F空位减 

少,因而在约315 11"1"I1处形成新的吸收峰 引。 

以Kubelka—Munk公式 。 可以计算Fe掺杂 

前后KMgF。的禁带宽度Eg,公式为: 

“h7 ̄-K(hy--Eg)。 

其中, :吸收系数,h:普朗克常数,’,:光于 

颛率,K:常数。以h7为横坐标,FF(R ̄)h7] 为 

纵坐标(F(R。。)一(1一 )。/( ),R。。=1/(1 ), 

A为图7中的吸光度),作图(图8)。可见,掺杂后 

KMgF。的禁带宽度由5.47显著窄化至3・24 eV, 

这种因杂质能级形成导致的禁带宽度窄化促进了 

改性催化剂光子吸收m]。与此同时,FW 之间存 

在的d—d轨道跃迁(zT。 一。A2g,。Tlg)和电荷转移 

跃迁(2Fe什一Fez +Fe4+),同步实现光吸收增 

强 ,上述机制下的光吸收的增强能够激发更多 

光生载流子及继之的活性自由基物种,这与图5 

所示的改性催化剂活性的显著提升密切正相关。 

Fe掺杂可能显著影响KMgF。的电学性能。 

由于F。s十与Mgz+电荷不等,为保持钙钛矿结构 

材料整体电中性,理论上每掺杂导入两个Fe汁将

引入一个填隙阴离子()2一,因而形成网络结构中 

的浅电子陷阱,易于捕获光生电子或空穴,从而促 

进光生电子和空穴对的分离及继之的RhB的光催 

化降解 引。 

与此同时,催化剂结构特别是表面结构中的 

Fe3十可以捕获光生电子空穴对,进一步抑制其复 

合。这是因为Fes+一方面能够捕获光生空穴转变 

为Fe4+,另一方面能够捕获光生电子转变为 

Fe2+,而Fez 和Fe 相比于拥有半满3d轨道的 

Fes十不稳定,趋向于重新释放电子和空穴,实现 

Fea+的再生和循环 ]。鉴于此,上述Fe3+捕获光 

生载流子的机制可表示为: 

KMgF3 ̄hv—e一+h十 

FP3十+h -- ̄Fe + 

Fe4 +OH一-- ̄Fe。十4-・OH 

Fe3十+e一— Fe。+ 

Fe2++O2--- ̄Fe。++O 

为归属光激发生成的主要活性物种,本研究

尝试了在相同降解条件下于RhB溶液体系中分别 

添加BQ、BuOH及EDTA-2Na,其RhB的降解率 

如图9所示,可见体系中分别添加BQ、BuOH和 

EDTA一2Na后,改性KMgF。的RhB降解率由 

92 分别下降到81 、39 和21 9/6。这表明O’ 

在分解RhB分子中的作用较小,而・OH和h+均 

为主要活性物种,且h+的作用可能更为主要。因 

此,改性催化剂对于污染物的降解机制可表示为:

改性催化剂因浅电子陷阱存在捕获光生载流 

子,抑制其复合弥散从而促进图5所示的光催化 

性能,这由催化剂的PL光谱可证实。 

图1O所示为掺杂前后催化剂的PL图谱,催 

化剂经光激发后产生的光生载流子复合过程中会 

以荧光形式释放能量,荧光光谱越强则表明复合 

程度越高。由图1O所示结果可以明显观察到掺 

杂催化剂相比于原始催化剂荧光强度的显著减 

弱,直观地表明掺杂催化剂对光生载流子复合的 

抑制和光量子效率的提高__2 。 

综上,Fe掺杂对KMgF。上RhB光降解性能 

的促进机制可主要归纳为: 

(1)Fe掺杂抑制了KMgF。纳米晶粒的生长 

及团聚。掺Fe催化剂晶粒尺寸减小,比表面积增 

大,进而表面的活性位点增加。

(2)Fe掺杂通过形成价带杂质能级、窄化禁 

带宽、d-d轨道及电荷转移跃迁实现改性催化剂光 

响应性能的提升。 

(3)Fe掺杂通过形成浅电子陷阱有效捕获光 

生电子空穴对,抑制其复合,提升改性催化剂的光 

量子效率。 

3 结论 

本研究采用微乳液法,获得了一种新型钙钛 

矿结构的Fe掺杂KMgFs纳米晶体光催化剂,相 

比未掺杂改性催化剂水体RhB、MO光降解性能 

明显提升,Fe抖掺杂借助抑制催化剂晶粒长大及 

团聚、改善催化剂光响应及抑制光生载流子的复 

合等,显著改善其光催化性能。

Abstract:The Fe doped perovskite-type Fe-KMgFa photocatalysts were synthesized bY a microem“I 。n 

preparation. The as—prepared cata1ysts were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray 

diffractiOn(XRD),UV_Vis diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-Vis DRS),photoluminescence spectra(PL P。 t 

and)(.ray photoe1ectron spectroscopy(XPS).The photocatalytic activity of the materials was performed by the 

degradation Of aque。us Rhodanmine B and Methyl Orange. Results demonstrate that M +in KMgF3 may be 

substituted by a low amount of Fe3+to form a homogenous solid solution while the perovskite—type structure ot 

KMgF3 remains unchanged.The doping by Fe can suppress the growth and aggregation of KMgF3 crystallion, 

helps tO improve the light response and inhibit the recombination of phtogenerated hole/dectron Pa rs by 

fOrming the donOr level of impurities and shallow traps in lattice matrix.The photocatalytic degradat 。n rates of 

Rhodanmine B and Methy1 Orange on doped catalyst under optimal content of Fe。+(one quarter of Mg 十) 

reached 92%and 91 respectively in 30 min,and about 63 and 68%respectively of degrad 。n rate 

enhaneement which compared with non-doped KMgF3 was observed.After 5 th photocatalytic expertment,the 

Dhotocatalytic degradation rate of Rhodanmine B remains more than 9O o{the flesh・
