摘 要
雕刻机在各行各业中的应用日益广泛,本设计采用结合市场上在售的各
种标准件以及丝杆,轴承,角铁,联轴器,奥松板等材料,采用固定龙门式结构
设计。,交流电弧焊焊接成型机架。局部结构采用奥松板构成。电路驱动局部采
用东芝公司的TB6560作为步进电机驱动器,驱动电机选用57BYG250型步进电机,
选用LM2596开关型电源模块作为供电电源芯片,发挥专业优势。设计制作小型
桌面式雕刻机电路局部。本机整体各个局部结构简单,制作容易,性价比拟高,
操作方便,为各类diy爱好者以及电子与机械的学习者提供例以及设计制作的参
考方法。

Abstract
Carving machine has been used increasingly in all walks of life, this design USES
the combination for sale on the market of all kinds of standard parts and screw,
bearing, Angle iron, coupling, the material such as matsuzaka, adopt fixed gantry
structure design. Welding molding frame, alternating current welding. Use the pine
board part structure. Circuit driving part adopts Toshiba TB6560 as a stepper motor
drives, 57 byg250 type stepping motor driven motor selection, selects the LM2596
switch mode power supply module as a power supply chip, to play professional
advantage. Design and production of small desktop carving electromechanical road
section. The machine parts as a whole structure is simple, easy, high cost
performance, easy to operate, for all kinds of diy enthusiasts and examples of
electronic and mechanical learners as well as the design reference method.
