机械的安装

1、安装固定位置：将机械移至指定位置，调整机械的四个地脚至四个地脚轮离地。使工

作平台与地面保持水平。（注意：安装时在机台左右及后方保留可出入调整的空间）

2、气管安装：用φ8cm气管连接空气压缩机之出口，另一端连接机械右侧的油水分离器，

调整调压阀使气压值为6kgf/C㎡。

3、连接：①本机输入为三相五线380V。②在机械最近墙壁上安装相应容量的空气开关，

将电缆线按照三相五线连接方法连接，并连接地线PE。③连接电源时请注意电源的

相线，电源相线接反会造成机械的损坏，所以一定要确认电源的相线是否正确。④确

认电源相线的方法：将电源接好后，打开电源开关和风机开关，确认工作台是否吸气

为正确。

 Machine installation

location: let the machine fix the specified location, adjusting the machine’s four feet to

the ground castors on the ground. To maintain a level of working platform with the ground.

2, trachea install: use the φ8mm trachea to connect with the export of air compressors and the

corresponding volume of air switch near the machine s wall and connect the ground wire PE.

③ When you Connect the power, please notice the line, if the line connect not right , it will

result in mechanical damage. so be sure to confirm the power of the phase line is correct. ④

Make sure the power phase approach: connect the power line well, , open the power switch and

1、Printing speed：One to ten means it from small to largest one

---按下按钮左灯亮为长吸风，按下按钮右灯亮为自动吸

风。

印刷回墨切换按钮：

---按一下按钮为印刷刮刀下，回墨刀上；再按一下按钮印刷刮刀上，回墨刀下。

6、印刷停止模式选择按钮：

---可选择印刷回墨刀停前或停后。

7、启动停止按钮：

---该按钮可选择启动或停止。

8、电源开关：

---OFF为关、ON为开。

9、风机开关：

---OFF为关、ON为开。

10、印刷次数显示：

---半自动或全自动印刷时显示当前印刷的次数。

11、记数清除按钮：

---按下记数清除按钮，印刷次数归0。

12、二次印刷按钮：

---按下二次印刷按钮灯亮为二次印刷

13、运转方式选择按钮：

---当手动灯亮时，各运转方式为单步；当半自动或全自动灯亮时，动转方式显示为半自

动或全自动印刷。

14、印刷停顿时间显示：

---自动印刷间隔时间。

15、自动定时设置按钮：

---按下设置按钮停顿时间改变。

 The main operations

When the machine installs well , and connect the power/gas source well, please let the

electrical box ‘s switch keep closed, and then turn the Emergency Stop Switch, and then turn on

the power switch, you can operate like these:

Test print

1, put the ink down to the network.

2, start power supplies and printing motor switch, you’d better to use the manual or foot pedal

at the first time.

you testing the ink uniformity, adjusting the ink knives and scrapers, and then locking

the screw then you can start to print.

Pressure adjustment

1.

the total pressure adjusted to 6 kgf / c ㎡.

2, printing, ink back pressure, when you adjust it you should adjust the screw up or down.

Other things:

1、when you deal with the each parts adjustment , installation ,uploading, firstly, you should

turn off the power switch, and then to do other things .

2、 adjusting the other parts , you must lock the screw, avoiding it become relax. And

to ensure print performance and extended mechanical life.

3 Before printing, you must ensure the machine set well, keeping the space well, and then

began to continue operating.

When you happen some emergency situation , you should hit the safety brake immediately,

the head of the machine will rise automatically to ensure the operator or printed material ‘s safe

 机械操作要领

机器安装好，并按要求接通电源和气源，将电器箱内保护开关闭合，再右旋急停开关，

按下电源开关后可按下述方式操作：

试车印刷

1、将油墨调好倒入网版。

2、启动电源及印刷马达

开关，先以手动或脚踏开

关试行印刷。

3、试车后检验油墨的均

匀度，适度调整回墨

刀及刮刀，然后将固

定螺丝锁紧即可印

其它注意事项

1、如实施各部位之调整、安装、取卸，必须先将开关转向“OFF”位置，确认后 再

实施，以确保安全。

2、调整各部位后，其螺丝、螺冒均需锁紧，避免松弛，以确保印刷效果和延长机械寿

命。

3、印刷操作前，必须确实设定好印刷行程，预留前后间距，避免刮刀和回墨刀与前后

网框夹碰撞，然后开始连续运转操作。

4、遇到紧急情况时，应立即压下安全刹车，则机头会自动升至高点以保护操作者的安

全及被印物。

 机械的正常维护与保养

 使用该机械的生产车间应保持整洁干净，以保持印刷品质的稳定性及周边软体寿命。

 机械的外观要保持整洁干净，要求经常擦洗。

 机械的滑动部分应经常注入润滑油。

 印刷导轨每周注入20#黄油；

 油水分离器应注入10#润滑油。

 长时间不用机械时，为防止灰尘应将

机械罩上；

 长时间不用机械时，把机械的输出电

源和气源切断；

 长时间不用机械时，应将机械易锈部

分涂上防护油。

 三角皮带松紧调整，应保持8-10mm

弹性磨损或内沿有裂痕应换新品,

以减少震动。

 印刷过程中，如遇长吸风或不吸风，应将吸风电磁阀上节拆下，清理内部轴心各内

孔，使轴心能上下动作，可永保电磁阀之寿命。

 调整之螺丝部分应用机械油保持润滑。



认电源相线的方法：将电源接好后，打开电源开关和风机开关，确认工作台是否吸气

 The main operations

When the machine installs well , and connect the power/gas source well, please let the

electrical box ‘s switch keep closed, and then turn the Emergency Stop Switch, and then turn on

the power switch, you can operate like these:

Test print

1, put the ink down to the network.

2, start power supplies and printing motor switch, you’d better to use the manual or foot pedal

at the first time.

you testing the ink uniformity, adjusting the ink knives and scrapers, and then locking

the screw then you can start to print.

Pressure adjustment

1.

the total pressure adjusted to 6 kgf / c ㎡.

2, printing, ink back pressure, when you adjust it you should adjust the screw up or down.

Other things:

1、when you deal with the each parts adjustment , installation ,uploading, firstly, you should

turn off the power switch, and then to do other things .

2、 adjusting the other parts , you must lock the screw, avoiding it become relax. And

to ensure print performance and extended mechanical life.

3 Before printing, you must ensure the machine set well, keeping the space well, and then

began to continue operating.

When you happen some emergency situation , you should hit the safety brake immediately,

the head of the machine will rise automatically to ensure the operator or printed material ‘s safe

 机械操作要领

机器安装好，并按要求接通电源和气源，将电器箱内保护开关闭合，再右旋急停开关，

按下电源开关后可按下述方式操作：

1、将油墨调好倒入网版。

其它注意事项

2、调整各部位后，其螺丝、螺冒均需锁紧，避免松弛，以确保印刷效果和延长机械寿

命。

3、印刷操作前，必须确实设定好印刷行程，预留前后间距，避免刮刀和回墨刀与前后

网框夹碰撞，然后开始连续运转操作。

4、遇到紧急情况时，应立即压下安全刹车，则机头会自动升至高点以保护操作者的安

 机械的正常维护与保养

 使用该机械的生产车间应保持整洁干净，以保持印刷品质的稳定性及周边软体寿命。

 机械的外观要保持整洁干净，要求经常擦洗。

 机械的滑动部分应经常注入润滑油。

孔，使轴心能上下动作，可永保电磁阀之寿命。
