摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain a complete blue combustion by completely separating a

nozzle zone, a combustion air flow zone, a fuel evaporation zone, a mixing zone, a

combustion zone, and a high-temperature combustion gas circulating zone from each

other. CONSTITUTION:Since a cone 6 is heated to a high temperature by a convection

heat transfer due to a high combustion gas, a fuel which has been sucked up is

immediately evaporated and flows toward an outlet port of the cone 6. Then, the fuel is

mixed with air at a throttle portion 20 of a smoothening plate 8 and the outlet of the

come 6, and is ignited at the after-flow portion of the smoothening plate 8, that is, at the

recessed part at the rear of the straightening plate 8. The recessed part at the rear of

the smoothening plate 8 becomes a staying point of an air flow. At this portion, a high

temperature combustion gas stays, and is discharged out of the outlet of the cone 6 and

is evaporated, and becomes an ignition source to the fuel gas mixed with air. As a result, a

blue flame is generated from small holes formed in the smoothening plate 8 thereby to

make it possible to perform the complete combustion and to improve the combustion

efficiency.
