一. 相关说明
我采用的编译器是vs2019,分为文件game.h,game.c,test.c来实现三子棋,这样看起来界面整洁。
二.基本逻辑
1)打印菜单选项
2)创建并初始化棋盘
3)玩家落子(用*表示)并判断是否获胜
4)电脑落子(用#表示)并判断是否获胜
5)上面两种情况均不满足则为和棋

注意
1)判断坐标是否在合法范围
2)判断坐标是否被占用

相关逻辑
1)玩家,电脑每一次落子完毕时利用**IsWin(board, ROW, COL)**函数的返回值来判断结果,如果返回的结果不是C则根据返回值判断结果,否则继续游戏。
2)判断获胜条件每一行或者每一列或者对角线的字符相同则返回该字符,如果没有则判断棋盘是否满,没有继续落子,否则和棋。
