模拟烘手机控制系统设计
摘要:基于单片机控制的自动烘手机在人们的生活中已被广泛的运用,它具有体积小、功
能强、成本低、应用灵活方便等优点。可以说,一台烘手机就是一个小型的完整的自动控
制系统,而这种小型的智能控制与自动控制的核心控制的最佳选择是单片机。本系统采用
单片机进行控制,由电源电路、热释检测电路、红外感应检测电路、单片机控制部分、显
示电路、风扇电路、加热电路、加热电路、充电电路等组成。有温度传感器、红外传感器
及热释传感器进行数据采集,采用普通按键开关进行风类(冷、热)和风挡选择,单片机
进行数据处理和控制输出,编程实现PWM方式控制电机,以及采用增量型PID进行反馈
调节,以保持温度的稳定性。其中单片机采用AT89S52作为控制核心,温度传感器为数字
温度传感器DS18B20.

Based on single chip microcomputer control automatic hand dryers has been
widely used in people’s lives, it has a small size, powerful, low cost, flexible and
convenient to use and so on. It can be said that a dryers is a small, complete set of
automatic control system, and this small core of intelligent control and automatic
convenient is undoubtedly the best choice of single-chip computer. This system
uses a single-chip microcomputer control, by the power supply circuit, heat release
sensor detection circuit, infrared sensor detection circuit, controlled by single chip
microcomputer in part, display circuit, fan circuit, heating circuits, charging circuit
and other components. Temperature sensors, infrared sensors and the Heat
release sensor data acquisition, using ordinary press to switch the wind class and
windshield selection single-chip microcomputer for data processing and control
