Biotage微波合成仪操作手册
操作步骤：
1、 微波合成仪与空压机配套使用，需要同时开启；
2、 开机，按仪器左下方的黑色电源键；
3、 选择chemistry进入操作界面，再选择Editor；
4、 点击Editor设定反应条件；
1） Time 反应时间 ，设定好后点击enter
2） Temperture反应温度，设定好后点击enter
3） Pre-stirring 预搅拌时间，设定好后点击enter
4） Vial Type 各种反应瓶对应的合适体积为（1ml 0.2-0.5ml;5ml 0.5-2ml;10ml 2-5ml;30ml 10-20ml）,Vial
Type一定要选择相对数值（30ml不用改变该项）
5） Absorption level
极性一般的溶剂如二氧六环，甲苯，丙酮选择normal
极性较大如水，DMF，醇类选择High
强极性溶剂如醋酸等选择Very High
设定好后点击Apply；
5、 点击Run，然后选择相应的项目组，Change Name后，再点击Run
6、 连续进行多个条件不相同的反应，需要重复步骤4－5的操作
关机：点击Chemistry界面下的Main menu点击Shut down，等显示It is safe to shut down后关掉左下方电
源键，同时也关掉空压机。
注意事项：
1、 绝对不能进行neat等纯固相反应；
2、 根据溶剂体积提示，严格选择合适的反应管；
（1ml 0.2-0.5ml ; 5ml 0.5-2ml ; 10ml 2-5ml ; 30ml 10-20ml）；
3、 固体样品应尽量浸没在溶剂下面，不能粘在试管壁上；
4、 反应瓶上不要贴标签，可以用记号笔在试管毛面上标明；
5、 每个操作人员尽其所责，保证仪器自动化进行；不要非正常关机
6、 尽量控制温度超过溶剂沸点50度,压力范围在15bar以内
7、 试管清洗时,注意不能使得试管有裂痕,有裂痕的绝对不能使用
8、 如果有气体放出的反应,尽量降低反应物的摩尔浓度(<0.2mmol)

Solvents in bold text absorb microwave energy well.
**Some solvents can reach higher temperatures (approx. 20-30°) if heated for a longer time and
containing microwave-absorbing chemicals. For the very low-absorbing solvents much higher
temperatures in various reactions have been , xylene (150oC), 1,4-dioxane (200oC)
water (220°), 1,2-dimethoxyethane (200°), and tetrahydrofuran (180°).
