摘 要：国际上现阶段CPU发展速度已经逐渐减缓，CPU市场也主要由Intel和AMD占
据，两大公司的CPU发展一定程度上便是CPU发展的趋势。本文将总结归纳出CPU的
发展历史，同时对现阶段CPU的核心技术、频率、工艺、问题进行分析，从而对发展
现状作出阐述，另外针对国内外CPU发展遇到的问题，指出CPU技术发展的趋势和我
国cpu发展应该注意的关键方面。

Abstract：
The rate of the development of CPU is gradually slowing down. Intel Corp. and AMD Corp. i
s dominating the main share of CPU market. These two cooperations guide the trend of CPU evolution. This
paper will summarise the history of CPU development and then analysis nowday CPU's core technology, freq
uency, craft and matters. Thus make some description towards the circumstance of CPU today. And the paper
will point out the trendency of CPU technique development and some key parts of CPU development in Chin
a focusing on the international CPU development's problem.

随着网络时代的到来，网络通信、信息安全和信息家电产品将越来越普及，而CPU
正是所有这些信息产品中必不可少的部件。CPU从雏形发展壮大到今天，从工艺之争到
频率之争再到多核心技术和睿频技术，每一次的技术变革都决定着CPU发展的新趋势。
