中心驱动球磨机,没有大小齿轮,使传动系统非常简单;一端给料,磨机筒体侧出料;
干磨取消格子板;湿磨中孔盲板溢流出料。

Use rolling bearing as main bearing,dry oil lubricating, without watery
lubricating station;Main transmission is motor drives decelerator and transmits to
mill directly,without bull gear and pinion wheel,so that the transmission system been
simplified; feeding on one side, discharging from the side of the mill cylinder; remove
the grille sheet in dry mill; overflow discharge through the hole sheet.

①单仓结构: Venusmill球磨机均为一仓,因为超细磨的给料一般小于3mm,比
较细、磨介的尺寸均小于50mm,和一般使用的小介质20mm相差不大,因此采用分
仓已没有实际意义。
①The One cell: Venus ball mill has one ground cell, due to ultra fine mill′s
feeding size is usually less than 3mm,the size of grinding media is less than 50mm
which is as much as the commonly used small grinding media of 20mm, so it
doesn′t seem to have much meaning to use two cell
②螺旋给料机给料,磨筒筒壁侧边出料,超细磨的产品中的细粉含量高,在遇到磨机
发热或水份高时,会产生粉体粘球和粘出料篦的问题,采用以往的给料方法,会使磨内
通风经常性故障,使磨内通风不稳定,采用螺旋给料机给料,磨机空心耳轴的内孔和螺
旋给料机的外壁间,有足够大的间隙让风通过,保证有足够大的风量,保证磨机温度的稳
定。采用侧边出料,由于磨介的作用,磨机不会堵塞出料孔。
②Use feeding screw, discharging from the side of the mill cylinder. The content
of fine powder is high in ultra-fine milling product. When the mill is heated or
moisture is high, it will form agglomerate so as to backup discharging comb. Using
the common feeding method will cause malfunction of ventilation and therefore
unsteady the ventilation inside the mill. Using feeding screw allows a sufficient
clearance between the internal holes of hollow trunnion and the outside wall of
feeding screw so as to ensure a sufficient flux and therefore ensure the temperature
of the mill is stabile. Using side discharging will not backup the discharging hole
because of the action of grinding media.

③采用波纹小衬板: 较大的冲击对超细细磨无益,会恶化粉磨过程,使细粉团聚,
采用小波纹衬板,减少在磨机内的冲击,以研磨为主,这样会有更少的发热、更少的能
量剩余。陶瓷磨机只采用平衬板。
③Use small-waved liner: High impact is useless to ultra fine mill and will
deteriorate the process of powder mill, and the fine powder will form agglomerates.
Using small-waved liner will reduce impact inside the mill, mainly on grinding so as to
reduce heat and surplus energy. Ceramic mill only uses flat liner.

④磨机轴承采用滚动轴承:由于磨介的冲击力小,球磨机的发热量小,轴承受力也相
对减少,属于轻型磨,因此可采用滚动轴承,干油润滑脂润滑,不需要稀油润滑站和冷
却水,减少了设备费和运行费用。
④The bearing of mill is rolling bearing:The impact force of grinding media is
small so that the ball mill heated slightly and the force that exerted on the bearing is
relatively smaller, so it is light mill, and therefore it can use rolling bearing and dry oil
lubricating, without need of watery lubricating station and cooling water, reduced the
cost of the equipment and operation.
⑤传动采用减速机和和磨机直联,没有大小齿轮传动,使磨机结构非常简单,环境干
净,设备的造价低廉,加工制作方便,操作维护简单,可靠性及运转率提高。
⑤Transmission used direct connection of decelerator and mill, with out bull gear
and pinion wheel, so that simplifying the structure of mill, and also with cleaning
environment, cheap price, easily operation and maintenance, increased credibility
and running efficiency.
⑥皮带传动型:电机通过减速器直接驱动小皮带轮,小皮带轮通过皮带驱动磨机上
的大皮带轮旋转,从而驱动磨机旋转,结构最简单,可靠性最高,一次性造价较低,三
角带更换费用高。
⑥belt drive: by use of decelerator ,motor can drive small belt to rotate, while the
small belt can drive large belt on the mill to rotate to make the mill roll. And structure
is simple, reliability is high, one-off cost is lower, the price of the change of
triangle-belt is high.

⑦采用高填充率 磨介的填充率在30-45﹪之间,使自由下落的高度降低,减小磨介
的冲击速度,大量的磨介以研磨为主。陶瓷衬或石英衬磨机的转速非常关键,转速太低,
粉磨效率低下,转速太高,球直接冲击在陶瓷衬板上,影响球和衬板使用寿命。
⑦Using high filling rate. The filling rate of grinding media is30-45﹪ so
as to lower the height of free fall, reduce the impact speed of grinding media,
mostly grinding media mainly on grinding. The rotating speed of ceramic liner
or quartz liner is very important, the mill will be inefficient if the rotating speed
is low, while the ball will be impact on the ceramic liner board directly and
reduce the life of ball and liner board if rotating speed is high.

⑧出料篦板可以是部分篦板、全篦板或无篦板,超细磨可采用部分篦板,粗磨及无
铁污染粉磨采用无篦板。

board, extra fine grinding can use part grid board, coarse grinding and
non-iron pollution power milling use no grid board.

2.非金属矿用球磨机
用于矿物的干法超细粉磨,软矿物采用对铁要求低的采用金属衬板,硬矿物或对
铁要求高的采用陶瓷衬板。

磨机采用中心传动,滚动轴承支撑,侧出料,可溢流出料和格子出料,适合金属矿山给
料小于25mm,排料200目的研磨。没有大齿轮,设备重量下降10%,滚动轴承使能
耗下降20%,轴承干油润滑,省去了润滑站,更适合在寒冷天气使用。
The mill uses center transmission, supported by rolling bear, side discharging,
overflow discharging and grille discharging, is suitable for metallic minerals milling
which feed size less than 25 mm and discharge size is 200mesh. Without bull gear,
the weight of equipment is reduced 10%, energy consumption of rolling bearing is
reduced 20%, dry oil lubricating, disperse with watery lubricating station, is more
suitable for cold weather.

7.适用于陶瓷行业的干法球磨机工艺
在卫生洁具、瓷砖、瓷制品工业中,采用长石、石英等硬物料作为陶瓷坯体和陶瓷
釉的原料,采用传统工艺的干法或湿法工艺,其料度分布较宽,难以满足当今陶瓷工业
的要求,釉料要求1µm含量不超过13%,3-4µm占大约50%,20µm以下占99.8%;
陶瓷坯体要求1µm含量不超过3%,15-18µm占大约50%,80µm以下占99.8%;其
粒度分布均比窄,其优点为:对陶瓷釉料可减少粘着,获得光滑的表面,均匀的颜料和
釉瓷质分布;对陶瓷坯体可获得;较宽的烧结时间,较小的变形。采用球磨机+终分级
机工艺,可获得上述的分布,球磨机采用陶瓷球和陶瓷衬板,可获得无铁污染的加工质
量,绝对稳定的粒度分布;分级机采用陶瓷抗磨损保护,实现绝对无铁加工,获得持久
的粒度分布质量控制。

Dry ball mill technics used for ceramic Industry
Hard material such as feldspar and quartz are used for raw material of ceramic
blank and ceramic glaze. The conventional dry or wet technics can not satisfy the
requests of present ceramic Industry because of its wide size distribution. At present,
the ceramic glaze requests the content of particles with particle size of 1um cannot
exceed 13%,particle size of 3-4µm is about 50% and particles size less than 20µm is
99.8%; ceramic bland requests the content of 15-18µm is about 50% and particles
size less than 80µm is 99.8%; the size distribution is uniform and narrow,
characterized in that less adhere to ceramic glaze so that obtained glossy surface,
uniform color and distribution glaze; and also obtained a long sinter time of ceramic
blank and small deformation. Using ball mill with classifier and terminal classifier
could obtain the aforementioned distribution. Ceramic ball and liner are adopted in
ball mill so as to get iron-free product and stable particle size distribution; Classifier
been protected by ceramic to get abrasion resistance so that achieved iron-free
process and obtained permanent particle size distribution and controlled quality.

氧化铝和锆英砂是非常坚硬的物料,煅烧后的氧化铝粉末广泛用于耐火材料、密封材
料、设备的耐磨衬、耐腐蚀内衬、耐火砖、研磨介质、研磨粉体材料。锆英粉广泛用于
耐火材料、玻璃、卫生陶瓷、电瓷、遮光剂。对加工工艺的要求:系统有稳定的产品质
量、加工参数可任意改变、必须采用干法加工、低污染。采用球磨机+分级机工艺,可
获得无铁污染的加工质量,绝对稳定的粒度分布;分级机采用陶瓷抗磨损保护,实现绝

are ultra hard materials, after calcining the materials we obtain
alumina powder that is widely used for refractory seal, abrasion resistance liner,
corrosion resistance liner, refractory brick, grinding media and grinding powder
materials. Zirconium quartz powder is widely used for refractory, glass, sanitary
ceramic, electric ceramic and sunscreen. Requests for process: system must have
stabile quality of product, the processing parameter can be adjusted, must use dry
process and with low pollution. Using ball mill with classifier could obtain the
aforementioned requests. Ceramic ball and liner are adopted in ball mill so as to get
iron-free product and stable particle size distribution; Classifier been protected by

9.连续湿法陶瓷球磨机

连续湿法球磨机采用橡胶内衬,两端滚动轴承支撑;陶瓷螺旋给料,筒体中心出料或
边缘出料,采用石英球或氧化铝球作为研磨介质,用于长石、粘土、高岭土的等陶瓷原料
的分别研磨或混合磨矿,一般和振动筛组成闭路进行湿法陶瓷原料生产。
Continuous wet ball mill uses rubber liner, and supported by bearing on both
sides, charged by ceramic screw, discharge by cylinder center or edge; make quartz
ball or alumina ball as grinding media; it is used in separating or mixing milling of
ceramic material such as feldspar, clay, kaolin and so on.
连续湿法球磨机由于没有停机加料、出料时间以及在相同容积下产量高,因此连续
湿法球磨机效率比断续球磨机高。连续湿法球磨机连续出浆可使料浆含水降低,减少干
燥费用。
Since continuous wet ball mill has no charge, discharge time with stopping the
mill, and has high capacity at the same volume, so it’s efficiency higher than spiccato
ball mill.
单仓橡胶螺旋衬板 三仓磨内的直衬板

粉磨仓可采用单仓、双仓、三仓,三仓磨采用直衬板,而双仓、单仓磨采用螺旋衬
板。三仓磨得隔仓板将不同材料和形状大小的磨介分开,优化研磨阶段,在三个仓内进
行不同的工作。
Power milling cell can use single cell, double- cell, three-cell. Three-cell can use
straight linerboard, double and single cell use screw liner board. Insulated cell board
in three- cell can separate different material and shape with each other to optimize
milling state and do different operating in these three cells.

单仓磨或双仓磨得橡胶衬板和提升板与球磨机的轴线螺旋布置,提升板呈螺旋走
向,球磨机旋转时,较大球被被推向进料端,磨介从给料口到排料口为从大到小逐步排
列。
Rubber liner board, elevated board in single cell or double cell and axes screw
collation in ball mill. Elevated board is in screw direction, when ball mill rolls, larger
balls are propelled to charge end, from feed inlet to outlet, the medias are in line by
size.

连续式球磨机的出料形式采用中心式为中心部分区域方孔出料,浆料可由中心轴排
出,也可由筒体边缘排出。橡胶衬板和筒体的连接采用螺栓连接,将筒体衬板固定好后
再安装端衬板。
Continuous ball mill uses center mode as central area square bore to discharge;
slurry is discharged by center axes or cylinder edge. Bolt can be used to connect
rubber liner board and cylinder, install end liner board after fixing cylinder liner
board.

减速器传动型:电机通过减速器直接驱动磨机,结构最简单,可靠性最高,但一次
性造价较高,维护费用低。

将短的连续球磨机以两台或三台一组串连起来使用,每一段连续磨均有加料口和排
料口及单独的传动装置。对每一段磨矿可采用不同的旋转速度、不同的磨矿介质和不同
的级配。矿浆水分可由34%降低到32%,磨机电耗节省20%。

add wearable material at the first mill, then add easy abrasive material in following

11 Batch ball mill
将各种陶瓷原料、水按一定比例加入磨机内进行粉磨,达到一定细度后排出磨机,
球磨机可采用石英衬、氧化铝衬、橡胶衬,磨球可采用石英球、氧化铝球,采用电机驱
动减速器带动小皮带轮,小皮带轮通过三角带带动磨机筒体上的大皮带轮旋转,从而使
磨机筒体旋转。磨机支撑采用滚动轴承,干油润滑。减速器上具有满驱动装置。主电机
和减速器之间具有液力耦合器,使磨机软启动。
Add different material, water in proportion to mill to grind, then discharge when
produce certain fineness. Ball mill can use quartz, alumina, rubber liner; grinding
ball can use quartz and alumina ball; motor drives decelerator to drive small belt
wheel, which drive large belt wheel on the mill cylinder by triangle belt to make
cylinder rotate. Besides rolling bearing, mill support uses dry grease to lubricate.
There is full drive fitting on the decelerator. Hydraulic force linker occurs between
main motor and decelerator to softly drive mill.

simplified; feeding on one side, discharging from the side of the mill cylinder; remove
the grille sheet in dry mill; overflow discharge through the hole sheet.

①单仓结构: Venusmill球磨机均为一仓,因为超细磨的给料一般小于3mm,比
较细、磨介的尺寸均小于50mm,和一般使用的小介质20mm相差不大,因此采用分
仓已没有实际意义。
①The One cell: Venus ball mill has one ground cell, due to ultra fine mill′s
feeding size is usually less than 3mm,the size of grinding media is less than 50mm
which is as much as the commonly used small grinding media of 20mm, so it
doesn′t seem to have much meaning to use two cell
②螺旋给料机给料,磨筒筒壁侧边出料,超细磨的产品中的细粉含量高,在遇到磨机
发热或水份高时,会产生粉体粘球和粘出料篦的问题,采用以往的给料方法,会使磨内
通风经常性故障,使磨内通风不稳定,采用螺旋给料机给料,磨机空心耳轴的内孔和螺
旋给料机的外壁间,有足够大的间隙让风通过,保证有足够大的风量,保证磨机温度的稳
定。采用侧边出料,由于磨介的作用,磨机不会堵塞出料孔。
②Use feeding screw, discharging from the side of the mill cylinder. The content
of fine powder is high in ultra-fine milling product. When the mill is heated or
moisture is high, it will form agglomerate so as to backup discharging comb. Using
the common feeding method will cause malfunction of ventilation and therefore
unsteady the ventilation inside the mill. Using feeding screw allows a sufficient
clearance between the internal holes of hollow trunnion and the outside wall of
feeding screw so as to ensure a sufficient flux and therefore ensure the temperature
of the mill is stabile. Using side discharging will not backup the discharging hole
because of the action of grinding media.

③采用波纹小衬板: 较大的冲击对超细细磨无益,会恶化粉磨过程,使细粉团聚,
采用小波纹衬板,减少在磨机内的冲击,以研磨为主,这样会有更少的发热、更少的能
量剩余。陶瓷磨机只采用平衬板。
③Use small-waved liner: High impact is useless to ultra fine mill and will
deteriorate the process of powder mill, and the fine powder will form agglomerates.
Using small-waved liner will reduce impact inside the mill, mainly on grinding so as to
reduce heat and surplus energy. Ceramic mill only uses flat liner.

④磨机轴承采用滚动轴承:由于磨介的冲击力小,球磨机的发热量小,轴承受力也相
对减少,属于轻型磨,因此可采用滚动轴承,干油润滑脂润滑,不需要稀油润滑站和冷
却水,减少了设备费和运行费用。
④The bearing of mill is rolling bearing:The impact force of grinding media is
small so that the ball mill heated slightly and the force that exerted on the bearing is
relatively smaller, so it is light mill, and therefore it can use rolling bearing and dry oil
lubricating, without need of watery lubricating station and cooling water, reduced the
cost of the equipment and operation.
⑤传动采用减速机和和磨机直联,没有大小齿轮传动,使磨机结构非常简单,环境干
净,设备的造价低廉,加工制作方便,操作维护简单,可靠性及运转率提高。
⑤Transmission used direct connection of decelerator and mill, with out bull gear
and pinion wheel, so that simplifying the structure of mill, and also with cleaning
environment, cheap price, easily operation and maintenance, increased credibility
and running efficiency.

⑦采用高填充率 磨介的填充率在30-45﹪之间,使自由下落的高度降低,减小磨介
的冲击速度,大量的磨介以研磨为主。陶瓷衬或石英衬磨机的转速非常关键,转速太低,
粉磨效率低下,转速太高,球直接冲击在陶瓷衬板上,影响球和衬板使用寿命。
⑦Using high filling rate. The filling rate of grinding media is30-45﹪ so
as to lower the height of free fall, reduce the impact speed of grinding media,
mostly grinding media mainly on grinding. The rotating speed of ceramic liner
or quartz liner is very important, the mill will be inefficient if the rotating speed
is low, while the ball will be impact on the ceramic liner board directly and
reduce the life of ball and liner board if rotating speed is high.

⑧出料篦板可以是部分篦板、全篦板或无篦板,超细磨可采用部分篦板,粗磨及无

6.与FKM球磨机配套生产二氧化硅粉
特点:利用FKM无铁污染球磨机,生产二氧化硅微粉,具有污染低、能耗低、产
品质量好、产量大、入料粒度大的特点,目前国内的中低产品均采用此流水线生产。系
统由FKM无铁污染球磨机、FJT气流分级机、BHA收尘器、风机等几大部分组成。目前
在国内使用我公司的FKM无铁污染球磨机生产线近10套。

The FKM iron-free ball mill used for manufacturing silica powder has advantages
of low pollution, saving energy, high quality of product, high output and large feed
size, all of the products with low and medium quality use this product line in our

7.适用于陶瓷行业的干法球磨机工艺
在卫生洁具、瓷砖、瓷制品工业中,采用长石、石英等硬物料作为陶瓷坯体和陶瓷
釉的原料,采用传统工艺的干法或湿法工艺,其料度分布较宽,难以满足当今陶瓷工业
的要求,釉料要求1µm含量不超过13%,3-4µm占大约50%,20µm以下占99.8%;
陶瓷坯体要求1µm含量不超过3%,15-18µm占大约50%,80µm以下占99.8%;其
粒度分布均比窄,其优点为:对陶瓷釉料可减少粘着,获得光滑的表面,均匀的颜料和
釉瓷质分布;对陶瓷坯体可获得;较宽的烧结时间,较小的变形。采用球磨机+终分级
机工艺,可获得上述的分布,球磨机采用陶瓷球和陶瓷衬板,可获得无铁污染的加工质
量,绝对稳定的粒度分布;分级机采用陶瓷抗磨损保护,实现绝对无铁加工,获得持久
的粒度分布质量控制。

Dry ball mill technics used for ceramic Industry
Hard material such as feldspar and quartz are used for raw material of ceramic
blank and ceramic glaze. The conventional dry or wet technics can not satisfy the
requests of present ceramic Industry because of its wide size distribution. At present,
the ceramic glaze requests the content of particles with particle size of 1um cannot
exceed 13%,particle size of 3-4µm is about 50% and particles size less than 20µm is
99.8%; ceramic bland requests the content of 15-18µm is about 50% and particles
size less than 80µm is 99.8%; the size distribution is uniform and narrow,
characterized in that less adhere to ceramic glaze so that obtained glossy surface,
uniform color and distribution glaze; and also obtained a long sinter time of ceramic
blank and small deformation. Using ball mill with classifier and terminal classifier
could obtain the aforementioned distribution. Ceramic ball and liner are adopted in
ball mill so as to get iron-free product and stable particle size distribution; Classifier
been protected by ceramic to get abrasion resistance so that achieved iron-free
process and obtained permanent particle size distribution and controlled quality.

氧化铝和锆英砂是非常坚硬的物料,煅烧后的氧化铝粉末广泛用于耐火材料、密封材
料、设备的耐磨衬、耐腐蚀内衬、耐火砖、研磨介质、研磨粉体材料。锆英粉广泛用于
耐火材料、玻璃、卫生陶瓷、电瓷、遮光剂。对加工工艺的要求:系统有稳定的产品质
量、加工参数可任意改变、必须采用干法加工、低污染。采用球磨机+分级机工艺,可
获得无铁污染的加工质量,绝对稳定的粒度分布;分级机采用陶瓷抗磨损保护,实现绝
对无铁加工,获得持久的粒度分布质量控制。

are ultra hard materials, after calcining the materials we obtain
alumina powder that is widely used for refractory seal, abrasion resistance liner,
corrosion resistance liner, refractory brick, grinding media and grinding powder
materials. Zirconium quartz powder is widely used for refractory, glass, sanitary
ceramic, electric ceramic and sunscreen. Requests for process: system must have
stabile quality of product, the processing parameter can be adjusted, must use dry
process and with low pollution. Using ball mill with classifier could obtain the
aforementioned requests. Ceramic ball and liner are adopted in ball mill so as to get
iron-free product and stable particle size distribution; Classifier been protected by
ceramic to get abrasion resistance so that achieved iron-free process and obtained
permanent particle size distribution and controlled quality.

9.连续湿法陶瓷球磨机

连续湿法球磨机采用橡胶内衬,两端滚动轴承支撑;陶瓷螺旋给料,筒体中心出料或
边缘出料,采用石英球或氧化铝球作为研磨介质,用于长石、粘土、高岭土的等陶瓷原料
的分别研磨或混合磨矿,一般和振动筛组成闭路进行湿法陶瓷原料生产。
Continuous wet ball mill uses rubber liner, and supported by bearing on both
sides, charged by ceramic screw, discharge by cylinder center or edge; make quartz
ball or alumina ball as grinding media; it is used in separating or mixing milling of
ceramic material such as feldspar, clay, kaolin and so on.
连续湿法球磨机由于没有停机加料、出料时间以及在相同容积下产量高,因此连续
湿法球磨机效率比断续球磨机高。连续湿法球磨机连续出浆可使料浆含水降低,减少干
燥费用。
Since continuous wet ball mill has no charge, discharge time with stopping the
mill, and has high capacity at the same volume, so it’s efficiency higher than spiccato
ball mill.
单仓橡胶螺旋衬板 三仓磨内的直衬板

粉磨仓可采用单仓、双仓、三仓,三仓磨采用直衬板,而双仓、单仓磨采用螺旋衬
板。三仓磨得隔仓板将不同材料和形状大小的磨介分开,优化研磨阶段,在三个仓内进
行不同的工作。
Power milling cell can use single cell, double- cell, three-cell. Three-cell can use
straight linerboard, double and single cell use screw liner board. Insulated cell board
in three- cell can separate different material and shape with each other to optimize
milling state and do different operating in these three cells.

单仓磨或双仓磨得橡胶衬板和提升板与球磨机的轴线螺旋布置,提升板呈螺旋走
向,球磨机旋转时,较大球被被推向进料端,磨介从给料口到排料口为从大到小逐步排
列。
Rubber liner board, elevated board in single cell or double cell and axes screw
collation in ball mill. Elevated board is in screw direction, when ball mill rolls, larger
balls are propelled to charge end, from feed inlet to outlet, the medias are in line by
size.

连续式球磨机的出料形式采用中心式为中心部分区域方孔出料,浆料可由中心轴排
出,也可由筒体边缘排出。橡胶衬板和筒体的连接采用螺栓连接,将筒体衬板固定好后
再安装端衬板。
Continuous ball mill uses center mode as central area square bore to discharge;
slurry is discharged by center axes or cylinder edge. Bolt can be used to connect
rubber liner board and cylinder, install end liner board after fixing cylinder liner
board.

减速器传动型:电机通过减速器直接驱动磨机,结构最简单,可靠性最高,但一次
性造价较高,维护费用低。
Decelerator transmission: motor drive mill directly by decelerator with simple
structure and high reliability, but one-off cost is high, maintenance cost is low.

皮带传动型:电机通过减速器直接驱动小皮带轮,小皮带轮通过皮带驱动磨机上的
大皮带轮旋转,从而驱动磨机旋转,结构最简单,可靠性最高,一次性造价较低,三角
带更换费用高。
Belt transmission: by use of decelerator, motor can drive small belt to rotate,
while the small belt can drive large belt on the mill to rotate to make the mill roll. And
structure is simple, reliability is high, one-off cost is lower, the price of the change of
triangle-belt is high.

将短的连续球磨机以两台或三台一组串连起来使用,每一段连续磨均有加料口和排
料口及单独的传动装置。对每一段磨矿可采用不同的旋转速度、不同的磨矿介质和不同
的级配。矿浆水分可由34%降低到32%,磨机电耗节省20%。

磨机螺旋给料,格子板出料,采用橡胶耐磨衬板,球磨机传动采用电机驱动减速器
带动小皮带轮,通过三角带驱动大皮带轮驱动磨机旋转。

ball mill make motor drive decelerator to drive small belt wheel, then make triangle
belt drive large belt to drive mill rotate.
每台磨得给料口均可加入不同的物料和添加剂,非常灵活。难磨物料在第一台磨加
入,易磨物料在后面的磨机加入,减少过磨,增加磨机的产量。
It’s allowable to add different material and additive to charge inlet of each mill,
add wearable material at the first mill, then add easy abrasive material in following
mill, reduce extra milling to increase the weight of mill.

11.断续球磨机
11 Batch ball mill
将各种陶瓷原料、水按一定比例加入磨机内进行粉磨,达到一定细度后排出磨机,
球磨机可采用石英衬、氧化铝衬、橡胶衬,磨球可采用石英球、氧化铝球,采用电机驱
动减速器带动小皮带轮,小皮带轮通过三角带带动磨机筒体上的大皮带轮旋转,从而使
磨机筒体旋转。磨机支撑采用滚动轴承,干油润滑。减速器上具有满驱动装置。主电机
和减速器之间具有液力耦合器,使磨机软启动。
Add different material, water in proportion to mill to grind, then discharge when
produce certain fineness. Ball mill can use quartz, alumina, rubber liner; grinding
ball can use quartz and alumina ball; motor drives decelerator to drive small belt
wheel, which drive large belt wheel on the mill cylinder by triangle belt to make
cylinder rotate. Besides rolling bearing, mill support uses dry grease to lubricate.
There is full drive fitting on the decelerator. Hydraulic force linker occurs between
main motor and decelerator to softly drive mill.
