摘要
该项目位于四川省乐山市市中区。根据相关要求，依据工程的具体
情况和现有的有关规范和程序，编制单位施工图纸的设计文件。科学的
施工组织设计，使施工活动协调有序，且提高工作效率，缩短工期，降
低成本，争取高质量的效果，努力达到省级优秀工程的标准。
本单元的施工组织设计分为八个章节，分别是项目概况、施工计划、
施工准备、进度管理、施工部署、施工进度、质量管理、安全生产和布
局。熟悉施工图纸和设计数据，然后大概计算出整个项目的总工程量；
充分掌握预算定额的相关要求和规范，合理安排施工顺序。保证劳动力
和机械设备能够得到充分的应用，且组织现场安全、文明施工和环境保
护，确保工程安全和质量。

Abstract
The project is located in the central district of Leshan City, Sichuan
Province. According to the relevant requirements, according to the specific
conditions of the project and the existing relevant norms and procedures, the
design documents of the construction drawings of the unit are compiled.
The scientific construction organization design makes the construction
activities coordinated and orderly, and improves the work efficiency,
