PREFACE
This manual will give you the information necessary to detect any
breakdowns or malfunctions of the machine. On the basis of the machine
diagnostics and referring to the electronics manual, we will try to
indicate which circuit boards or components may be involved in the
breakdown, without going into detail as regards repairing the circuitry.
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE 机器描述
This is a machine for making women's and men’s underwear. It has eight
feeds. The equipment is the latest model with 32-bit microprocessor-based
system and a display with 16 lines x 40 characters. The machine is operated
by BRUSHLESS drives, type IRT, with current regulation and with
encoder output signal which will allow controlling the RCV motor by 2000
revs. and 19Nm., allowing the cylinder max. speed of 125 revs., given
the 1/16 reduction ratio.
A pneumatic pump will provide lubrication. Differential oil dosage will
be possible with the installation of one solenoid valve.

Questa m/c potrà montare dispositivi MEMMINGER oppure dispositivi ELAN
con controllo in albero elettrico. The knit unbalancing system is
independent for each feed and is commanded by step motors whose position
is controlled by LVDT sensors; the air distribution valve is also
commanded by a step motor. The yarn fingers are driven by local
solenoid valves based on a serial line, the 16 net groups are driven by
16 levers each powered by ceramic elements, while the remaining functions
are driven by medium-sized solenoid valves located in the rear
compartment.

圣东尼机基本设定:
1. 语言.key to prog---space—customer—Lcd
set—language—English—RETURN确 认—
ESC退出—S 存盘
2. 设定感应器:key to pro.—space—F—O—64—sensors
identification—RETURN— 每个感应器按顺序由闪烁的绿灯依次变为红灯—等待—关机开机。
3.检查纱嘴动作:key to prog—space—E—chain autotest—yarn fingers—
4.检查机械针舌开启器。不能抖动。
5.设定感应器灵敏度:key to prog—F—O—sensors paramaters
configuration—Return—sensors sensitivity(设为2)—CTRL+C—CTRL+S
6.检查SFE棉纱输送器是否会转。
如果用key to prog—s –1948—epprom reset(最后一项)—RETURN把机器格式化了。须做以下设定。
7.针数:key to prog—s—1948—D—needle number—1152(看机器定)—ESC—S—关机开机
8.筒径:key to prog—s--1948—R—diameter—13(看机器定)—ESC—S—关机。
9.找零位。Key to prog—space—Z—1948—RETURN—点动,待针筒度数变化跳动时。慢慢把缺口提花针点动止与零位三角对准—RETURN—ESC--S。
10.LVDT calibration(寻找压针马达的最高和最低位置):key to
prog—space—LVDT menu—Lvdt calibration—ENTER—摁START开动机器。机器找完8个压针马达后—ESC—S。
11.LVDT 布面调节:编织一平纹—F1—space—L—stich cam zero set
--return—START开动机器—用测速仪测速(m/min),测好后—ESC—S。
在SANTONI TOP机上使用KTF100HP的说明
通常提供2只KTF/100HP用于控制腰带的橡筋,8只KTF/100HP用于控制弹力纱。因此可以使用另外8只KTF控制尼龙或棉纱。这套系统结合控制中心装置SMART
KTF保证有效地控制成圈三角和稳定的织物质量。
对照原有版本,KTF/100HP编程的不同之处如下∶
● 按E键,显示”ADVANCED” ;
● 按新的E键(或+键) ,你进入”P1” ;
● “ADVANCED” 总是出现在”P4” 和”P1” 之间;
● “P1”=未改变;
● “P2”=未改变--只有当第三个参数的值,有些微不同时。该值是用于松弛起动。如果你希望预松弛,你可以增加一或二个点;
● “P3”=未改变--第四个参数只是用于决定用四个参数而不是六个,与以前版本相同;
● “P4”=增加了第一个参数,它被设置为”OFF” ,它可以选择第二个参数的语种(意大利、英语、法语、德语、西班牙语和日语) 。第三个参数仅供BTSR技术人员升级软件;
● 当你在”ADVANCED” 位置时,按下E键并等候,会显示”SIMPLE” ;
● 选定”SIMPLE” 模式,进入编程菜单。只有当参数”MAIN
TENSION” 在”P1” 处时才可以。当该值被改动后(用+和-),按E键,确认。KTF从编程状态退出,并可立即开始工作;
● 要回到”ADVANCED” 菜单,以便修改其他参数。按住E键,直到出现”SIMPLE” ,然后按住E键,直到出现”ADVANCED” ;
● KTF/100HP除了显示纱线张力值,还可显示纱线喂入的速度(米/分) ;
● 按住+键,可以关闭KTF。它将会问你是确认(E) 还是取消(-)。重复同样的操作∶按住+键,可以打开KTF。它将会问你是确认(E) 还是取消(-)。确认后几秒钟,KTF将继续工作。

圣东尼机基本设定:
1. 语言.key to prog---space—customer—Lcd
set—language—English—RETURN确 认—
ESC退出—S 存盘
2. 设定感应器:key to pro.—space—F—O—64—sensors
identification—RETURN— 每个感应器按顺序由闪烁的绿灯依次变为红灯—等待—关机开机。
3.检查纱嘴动作:key to prog—space—E—chain autotest—yarn fingers—
4.检查机械针舌开启器。不能抖动。
5.设定感应器灵敏度:key to prog—F—O—sensors paramaters
configuration—Return—sensors sensitivity(设为2)—CTRL+C—CTRL+S
6.检查SFE棉纱输送器是否会转。
如果用key to prog—s –1948—epprom reset(最后一项)—RETURN把机器格式化了。须做以下设定。
7.针数:key to prog—s—1948—D—needle number—1152(看机器定)—ESC—S—关机开机
8.筒径:key to prog—s--1948—R—diameter—13(看机器定)—ESC—S—关机。
9.找零位。Key to prog—space—Z—1948—RETURN—点动,待针筒度数变化跳动时。慢慢把缺口提花针点动止与零位三角对准—RETURN—ESC--S。
10.LVDT calibration(寻找压针马达的最高和最低位置):key to
prog—space—LVDT menu—Lvdt calibration—ENTER—摁START开动机器。机器找完8个压针马达后—ESC—S。
11.LVDT 布面调节:编织一平纹—F1—space—L—stich cam zero set
--return—START开动机器—用测速仪测速(m/min),测好后—ESC—S。
在SANTONI TOP机上使用KTF100HP的说明
通常提供2只KTF/100HP用于控制腰带的橡筋,8只KTF/100HP用于控制弹力纱。因此可以使用另外8只KTF控制尼龙或棉纱。这套系统结合控制中心装置SMART
KTF保证有效地控制成圈三角和稳定的织物质量。
对照原有版本,KTF/100HP编程的不同之处如下∶
● 按E键,显示”ADVANCED” ;
● 按新的E键(或+键) ,你进入”P1” ;
● “ADVANCED” 总是出现在”P4” 和”P1” 之间;
● “P1”=未改变;
● “P2”=未改变--只有当第三个参数的值,有些微不同时。该值是用于松弛起动。如果你希望预松弛,你可以增加一或二个点;
● “P3”=未改变--第四个参数只是用于决定用四个参数而不是六个,与以前版本相同;
● “P4”=增加了第一个参数,它被设置为”OFF” ,它可以选择第二个参数的语种(意大利、英语、法语、德语、西班牙语和日语) 。第三个参数仅供BTSR技术人员升级软件;
● 当你在”ADVANCED” 位置时,按下E键并等候,会显示”SIMPLE” ;
● 选定”SIMPLE” 模式,进入编程菜单。只有当参数”MAIN
TENSION” 在”P1” 处时才可以。当该值被改动后(用+和-),按E键,确认。KTF从编程状态退出,并可立即开始工作;
● 要回到”ADVANCED” 菜单,以便修改其他参数。按住E键,直到出现”SIMPLE” ,然后按住E键,直到出现”ADVANCED” ;
● KTF/100HP除了显示纱线张力值,还可显示纱线喂入的速度(米/分) ;
● 按住+键,可以关闭KTF。它将会问你是确认(E) 还是取消(-)。重复同样的操作∶按住+键,可以打开KTF。它将会问你是确认(E) 还是取消(-)。确认后几秒钟,KTF将继续工作。
