1电动葫芦的选用(计算法)
1.1 AS型电动葫芦由于规格繁多给用户有充足的选择余地,因此合理的选素。那么如何选用电动葫芦呢?
首先,需弄清电动葫芦应用的场合,做什么工作,主要参数,工作繁忙程度,负载程度以及轨道形式(轨
道规格),建筑高度,控制方式(配套形式),电源等。然后,我们可通过经验估算或计算方法确定出机构
工作级别(M3、M4、M5、M6)等,对安全性要求高的场合,应提高一个工作级别选用。进而查阅技术数
据表确定出具体的规格型号。
1.2通过计算选用电动葫芦实例:(参见附表16)
例1:某单位机加工车间需选用一台电动葫芦,具工作状态如下:
两班制:每班工作8小时
每班吊运:13t,共5次,5t共10次,2t,共15次
吊具重量:0.7t

警告:在调制动器前必须将载荷卸掉空载调试,
慢速电机拆下时主起升电机制动器失效
。
调试步骤如下:
a. 测量制动行程(此时电动机短暂通电);
b. 取下风扇罩3;
c. 松开螺钉7取下间隔管6及档圈8后取下风扇轮4;
d. 松开螺钉9两圈左右;
e. 反时针拧转调整螺母5,调到制动行程约为1~1.5mm(调整
螺母反时针转一周,制动行程减少约1mm);
.
f. 上好风扇轮及风扇罩并固定螺栓,检查制动行程。
g. 慢速电机1的调整参见19页8.3.3.1A2电机制动器的调整。

1电动葫芦的选用(计算法)
1.1 AS型电动葫芦由于规格繁多给用户有充足的选择余地,因此合理的选素。那么如何选用电动葫芦呢?
首先,需弄清电动葫芦应用的场合,做什么工作,主要参数,工作繁忙程度,负载程度以及轨道形式(轨
道规格),建筑高度,控制方式(配套形式),电源等。然后,我们可通过经验估算或计算方法确定出机构
工作级别(M3、M4、M5、M6)等,对安全性要求高的场合,应提高一个工作级别选用。进而查阅技术数
据表确定出具体的规格型号。
1.2通过计算选用电动葫芦实例:(参见附表16)
例1:某单位机加工车间需选用一台电动葫芦,具工作状态如下:

A7双速电机制动器调整
.

6—间隔管 7—螺钉 8—档圈 9—螺钉 10—固定环
警告:在调制动器前必须将载荷卸掉空载调试,
慢速电机拆下时主起升电机制动器失效
。
调试步骤如下:
a. 测量制动行程(此时电动机短暂通电);
b. 取下风扇罩3;
c. 松开螺钉7取下间隔管6及档圈8后取下风扇轮4;
d. 松开螺钉9两圈左右;
e. 反时针拧转调整螺母5,调到制动行程约为1~1.5mm(调整
螺母反时针转一周,制动行程减少约1mm);
.
f. 上好风扇轮及风扇罩并固定螺栓,检查制动行程。
g. 慢速电机1的调整参见19页8.3.3.1A2电机制动器的调整。
