Trouble Shooting
If this system is not operating properly, please check the table below. If the problem persists,
contact your AV reseller immediately, and disconnect the unit from the power.
Problem
No Sound
Causes
Insecure speaker cable connection
Inputs connected improperly
Corrections
Turn unit off, and check connection
Check connection
Disconnect power from wall, and re-connect power input
at master speaker
Turnupon hedevice. This migh be via headphone
volume dial, or via software
Turn up slowly.
Reduce volume dial on amplifier
Turn unit off, and check connection
Power input improperlyconnected
Volume set to minimum fromsource
device eg laptop or iPod
Volume set to minimum on amplifier
Distortion
Sound onlyon one side
Volume is too loud
Insecure speaker cable connection
System onlyreceiving signal on one side Check connection
from source device
Balance control set to one sideAdjust balance
