我国家电企业股权激励方案问题研究--以青岛海信电器为例-财务管理-毕

摘要

股权激励是当前上市企业不可或缺的一种激励方式,良好的激励机制可以解决企业委托代

理、管理层短视等问题,并促进企业实现长远发展的目标。本文通过对青岛海信电器2010年-

2013年三期期权股票激励方式的行权进行研究分析,首先从海信电器实行股权激励的动因开始

分析,得出海信电器股权激励实行以后的结果:股权激励削弱了高管经营管理的短视行为;公

司的经营绩效在实行后期出现了下滑的局面;股权激励削弱了投资者的短视行为。其次再结合

实施的结果分析其实施过程当中存在的一些问题,并对其提出相应的解决建议。最后文章通过

对整个青岛海信电器实施股权激励案例的分析,以以小见大的方式探索出我国家电企业在实施

股权激励过程中可能存在的一些问题,针对其存在的问题,提出解决问题的合理建议。

Equity incentives are an indispensable incentive for listed companies. Good incentives can

solve problems such as entrusted agents and short-sighted management, and promote long-term

development goals. This paper analyzes the rights of Qingdao Hisense Electric's three-phase option stock

incentives in 2010-2013. Firstly, it analyzes the motivation of the implementation of equity incentives

from Hisense Electric, and analyzes the results of the implementation of the equity incentives of Hisense

Electric: the weakening of equity incentives The short-sighted behavior of executive management; the

company's operating performance has declined in the later stages of implementation; equity incentives

have weakened investors' short-sighted behavior. Combined with the results of the implementation, some

problems existing in the implementation process are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are proposed.

Finally, through the analysis of the equity incentive case of Qingdao Hisense Electric, the article explores

some problems that may exist in the process of implementing equity incentives in China's home appliance

enterprises in a small and big way, and proposes a reasonable solution to the problems. Suggest.
