摘 要
本篇论文通过展示海尔的发展历程，更好的让我们明白海尔迅速崛起原因，我们可以从
中得出有益的经验，可能会在我们以后的工作中发挥着十分重要的作用。我主要采用网上查
找资料以及老师上课讲的一些内容，整理出这篇论文。在整理资料的过程中，我找到了海尔
的发展历程，海尔通过科学的管理、正确的发展战略、富有生命力的企业文化发展并经过海
尔上下共同努力拼搏，已成为世界第一大白色家电企业，并通过上课时老师讲述的内容推测
出海尔可能存在的不足。我们坚信海尔实力会变的更加强大。

Abstract
This paper shows the method of development of Haier company, so it can make us
have a better understanding of the reasons why Haier develop so fast, we can get the
beneficial experience, and it may play a very important role in our work in the future. I
searched the information mainly via the Internet, and organize some information from the
teacher that taught in the class. With these two approaches,I can work out the the
process of sorting data, I ackowlewdge the process of the development of
the scientific management, the correct development strategy, abundant vitality of the
enterprise culture development and after joint efforts of whole company, Haierhas become
the first big white home appliance enterprise, and through the information that teacher
taught, the teacher tells the potential shortcomings of the haier may. We firmly believe that
Haier company will become more powerful.
