ACR模体对MRI图像均匀度及层厚的检测价值分析 宋双

摘要】目的:探讨ACR模体对MRI图像层厚、均匀度的检测价值,提高MRI图像质

量。方法:利用ACR模体对GE Excite HD 1.5T和Siemens Skyra 3.0T 核磁共振(MRI)

图像的层厚、均匀度进行检测,观察检测结果。结果:ACR模体检测结果显示,1.5T MRI

图像层厚为5.6mm,层厚偏差0.6mm,均匀度为93.1%;3.0T MRI图像层厚为4.6mm,

层厚偏差0.4mm,均匀度为96.2%;均满足检验标准要求。结论:采用ACR模体定期对

MRI图像进行层厚、均匀度检测使各项检测指标达到规定标准,确保图像符合临床应用要

求,提高MRI图像质量,是MRI图像质量监控的有效方法。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the detection value of ACR motif in the

degree of homogeneity and thickness for MRI images,imProve the quality of MRI

homogeneity was 96.2%.Conclusion Using ACR motif to detect the thickness and

the degree of uniformity for MRI images regularly can meet the required standards

for testing indicators,Ensure image compliance with clinical application

requirement,and improve the quality of MRI images.,It’s an effective method to

monitor the quality of MRI images.

随着影像医学的不断进步,核磁共振(MRI)技术在临床各类疾病诊治中的应用逐渐

增多。MRI成像设备是目前临床最先进的影像设备,具有全方位成像清晰、空间分辨率高、

均匀性好的特点[1]。能够准确显示病灶范围、形态学结构、血流信号等信息,为疾病的诊

断提供准确的诊断依据,指导临床治疗方案的选择。优质的MRI图像、正确的性能参数对

确保MRI相关参数的准确性至关重要,对MRI图像参数进行检测对可以评价成像质量,提

高诊断的准确性。MRI设备质量管理的一项重要内容就是磁共振性能参数检测,美国放射
