Joint), 8 to 40 inch (Taper/Taper Joint)
Bondstrand marine flanges are produced to fit pipe of both Iron Pipe Size (IPS) and Metric Cast Iron (MCI) outside diameters for
the two types of Bondstrand® marine pipe:
Bondstrand Series 2000M
A lined fiberglass pipe of reinforced epoxy resins in 1-through 40-inch diameters intended for a broad range of shipboard uses,
including fresh and seawater piping, ballast systems, portable discharge lines, inert gas effluent systems, and applications where
resistance to corrosive fluids is required. Bondstrand 2000M flanges are not electrically conductive.
Bondstrand Series 7000M
An unlined fiberglass pipe of reinforced epoxy resins in 1-through 40-inch diameters containing integrally wound electrically
conductive fibers for use where the accumulation of static electrical charges on the surface of the pipe is to be avoided. Bondstrand
7000M provide electrical continuity when assembled to other conductive flanges.

Description
Configurations
Bondstrand Taper marine flanges are produced in two configurations:
Fixed bolt-hole orientation, Heavy-duty type
Loose-ring, rotatable bolt-hole orientation, Stub End/ Flange Ring (Van Stone type)
Joint system: Quick-Lock joint is for pipe size 1 to 6 inch and Taper/Taper adhesive joint applied for size 8 to 40 inch.
