33(等于0),33减去33(等于0), b5减去33(等于82) ,a4减去33(等于71),所有
的数都是以ASC码存形式在的,本身就是十进制,不用再转化为十进制,所以正向有功的
电度,008271,把这个数在乘以百分之一就可以得出电度表的有功电度表数值,电度表说明
里面的系数乘以千分之一是因为管理机程序内部把数值扩大了十倍,因而才乘以千分之一)
